Setup and Assembly
Assembly is designed to be straightforward. It is recommended to assemble the bed frame in the room where it will be used. All necessary tools are included.

Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Lay them out on a clean, soft surface (like a rug or blanket) to prevent scratches. Identify each part using the parts list provided above and in your physical manual.

Step 3: Connect Side Rails
Connect the long side rails to the headboard and footboard posts. The design features slide-in slots for easy connection. Once aligned, secure them with the appropriate screws. This step forms the main rectangular frame of the bed.

Step 4: Install Support Legs and Slats
Attach the central support legs to the designated points on the frame. Then, lay the metal slats across the width of the frame, fitting them into the pre-drilled holes or slots. Ensure all slats are evenly spaced and securely in place. Once all parts are assembled, go back and tighten all screws firmly.

Operating Instructions
- Mattress Placement: Place your mattress directly onto the metal slats. No box spring is required.
- Weight Capacity: The Twin size bed frame has a maximum load capacity of 350 lbs. Do not exceed this limit to ensure safety and product longevity.
- Movement: While the frame is designed for stability, avoid dragging it across the floor when moving. Lift the frame to reposition it to prevent damage to the legs or floor.
Maintenance
- Cleaning: Wipe down the metal frame with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners, as these can damage the powder-coated finish.
- Regular Inspection: Periodically check all screws and connections to ensure they remain tight. Retighten if necessary to maintain stability and prevent squeaking.
- Environment: Keep the bed frame in a dry environment. Avoid prolonged exposure to moisture to prevent rust.
Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Bed frame is wobbly/unstable. | Loose screws or uneven assembly. | Ensure all screws are fully tightened. Check that the frame is on a level surface. |
| Squeaking noises. | Loose connections or friction between metal parts. | Tighten all screws. Apply a small amount of lubricant (e.g., silicone spray) to connection points if squeaking persists. |
| Parts do not fit together. | Incorrect orientation of parts or manufacturing defect. | Double-check the assembly instructions for correct part orientation. If parts are damaged or defective, contact customer support. |
