7. Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues with your SONRU B50 adapter, refer to the following common problems and solutions:
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Device does not power on. | Low battery or power switch is off. | Charge the device using the USB cable. Ensure the power switch is in the 'ON' position. |
| Cannot pair with a Bluetooth device. | Device not in pairing mode, too far from the adapter, or interference. | Ensure the adapter is in TX/RX pairing mode (LED flashing). Place devices closer. Turn off other Bluetooth devices nearby. Restart both devices. |
| No sound after pairing. | Incorrect cable connection, wrong input/output selected, or volume too low. | Verify all audio cables are securely connected. Ensure the correct input/output (Optical/AUX) is selected on the adapter and source/destination device. Adjust volume on both the adapter (RX mode) and connected devices. |
| Audio delay (latency). | Connected devices do not support aptX Low Latency. | For minimal latency, ensure both the adapter and your Bluetooth headphones/speakers support aptX Low Latency. |
| Short wireless range. | Obstacles or interference. | Ensure there are no major obstacles (walls, metal objects) between the adapter and the connected device. Avoid placing near Wi-Fi routers or other wireless devices. |
