1. Introduction
The Vixic D1600 is a portable Bluetooth label maker designed for efficient organization in home and office environments. This device utilizes thermal transfer printing technology, eliminating the need for ink or toner. 2. What's in the Box

3. Product Overview
Familiarize yourself with the main components and features of your Vixic D1600 Label Maker:
- Power Button: Located on the side, used to turn the device on/off.
- Type-C Charging Port: For charging the built-in Li-ion battery.
- Reset Button: Small button for resetting the device if needed.
- Built-in Cutter: Located at the top, press to cut the printed label.
- Label Compartment: Accessed by pressing the top cover, where the label tape cartridge is inserted.

4. Setup
- Charge the Device: Connect the provided Type-C cable to the charging port on the side of the label maker and plug it into a USB power adapter (not included). The LED indicator will show charging status. A full charge takes approximately 2 hours.
- Install Label Tape:
- Press the top cover of the label maker to open the tape compartment.
- Insert the label tape cartridge into the compartment, ensuring it clicks into place. The tape should feed out slightly from the front slot.
- Close the top cover securely.
- Download the App: Scan the QR code in the included user manual or search for "Print Master" in your smartphone's app store (available for iOS and Android).
- Connect via Bluetooth:
- Turn on the label maker by pressing the power button. The LED indicator will light up.
- Enable Bluetooth on your smartphone.
- Open the "Print Master" app. The app will automatically search for and display available Vixic D1600 devices. Select your device to connect.
- Once connected, the app will indicate a successful connection.

5. Operating Instructions
- Create a New Label:
- In the "Print Master" app, select "New Label" or choose from various pre-designed templates.
- Enter your desired text. The app supports 150+ fonts, 1500+ icons, and 270+ frames.
- Adjust font size, style, alignment, and add borders or icons as needed.
- Preview the label design on your smartphone screen.
- Print the Label:
- Once satisfied with the design, tap the "Print" button in the app.
- Confirm the quantity of labels to print.
- The label maker will print the label.
- Cut the Label:
- After printing, gently pull the label tape forward.
- Press the built-in cutter button located at the top of the device to cleanly cut the label.
- Apply the Label:
- Peel off the backing from the printed label.
- Apply the label to your desired surface. Vixic labels are designed to be water-resistant, abrasion-resistant, temperature-resistant, and fade-resistant.

6. Maintenance
- Cleaning: Regularly wipe the exterior of the label maker with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.
- Print Head Care: If print quality degrades, gently clean the print head using a cotton swab lightly dampened with isopropyl alcohol. Ensure the device is off and dry before use.
- Storage: Store the label maker in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
- Tape Handling: Ensure label tape cartridges are stored properly to prevent damage or dust accumulation.
7. Troubleshooting
