Setup

1. Charging the Earbuds and Case

Before first use, fully charge the earbuds and the charging case. Place the earbuds into the charging case. Connect the provided USB charging cable to the charging port on the case and a compatible USB power source. The indicator lights on the case will show charging status.

2. Pairing with Your Device

1. Ensure the earbuds are charged.
2. Open the charging case. The earbuds will automatically enter pairing mode.
3. On your device (smartphone, tablet, etc.), go to Bluetooth settings and turn Bluetooth on.
4. Look for "Coby Earbuds" or a similar name in the list of available devices and select it to connect.
5. Once connected, you will hear an audio prompt, and the indicator lights on the earbuds will change.

The earbuds will automatically reconnect to the last paired device when removed from the case, if Bluetooth is enabled on the device.

3. Fitting the Ear Gels

Select the ear gel size (Small, Medium, Large) that provides the most comfortable and secure fit for your ears. A proper fit is essential for optimal sound quality and noise isolation.

Maintenance

Cleaning

Regularly clean your earbuds and charging case to ensure optimal performance and hygiene. Use a soft, dry, lint-free cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or immerse the earbuds or case in water.

Storage

When not in use, store the earbuds in their charging case to protect them and keep them charged. Store in a cool, dry place away from extreme temperatures.

Troubleshooting

Earbuds not pairing or connecting:

• Ensure both earbuds are charged.
• Make sure Bluetooth is enabled on your device.
• Place the earbuds back into the charging case, close the lid, wait a few seconds, then open the lid again to re-initiate pairing mode.
• Forget the device from your phone's Bluetooth settings and try pairing again.
• Ensure your device is within the Bluetooth range (approximately 33 feet).

Only one earbud working:

• Place both earbuds back into the charging case and ensure they are properly seated and charging.
• Remove them from the case simultaneously to ensure they connect to each other before connecting to your device.
• Try resetting the earbuds (refer to manufacturer's website for specific reset instructions if needed).

Poor sound quality or intermittent connection:

• Ensure the earbuds are fully charged.
• Reduce the distance between the earbuds and your device.
• Avoid obstacles between the earbuds and your device (e.g., walls, large objects).
• Clean the ear gels and earbud grilles to remove any debris that might be affecting sound.
• Check for interference from other wireless devices.
