Operating (How to Play)
Objective
The goal of Monopoly Junior Trucks Edition is to be the player with the most money when another player runs out of money and cannot pay their debts.
Gameplay Overview
- Starting the Game: The youngest player goes first. Play proceeds clockwise.
- Taking a Turn: On your turn, roll the die and move your truck token clockwise around the board the number of spaces indicated.
- Landing on a Space:
- Unowned Vehicle Space: If you land on a vehicle space that no one owns, you must buy it. Pay the Bank the amount shown on the space. Take a "Sold" sign and place it on the colored band at the top of the vehicle space.
- Owned Vehicle Space: If you land on a vehicle space owned by another player, you must pay them rent. The rent amount is shown on the space. If the owner also owns the other vehicle of the same color, the rent is doubled.
- Chance Space: Draw the top Chance Card, read it aloud, and follow its instructions. Then return it to the bottom of the Chance pile.

Image 6: A player holding a "Chance" card, which instructs them to advance to a specific space or pay rent.
- Go Space: If you pass or land on "GO", collect $2 from the Bank.
- Go to Time Out: If you land on "Go to Time Out", move your token directly to the "Time Out" space. You cannot collect $2 for passing GO. You must pay $3 to the Bank to get out of Time Out on your next turn, then roll and move as usual.
- Free Parking: This is a free space. Nothing happens when you land here.
- Ending Your Turn: After completing the action for the space you landed on, your turn ends. Play passes to the player on your left.
Winning the Game
The game ends when one player runs out of money and cannot afford to pay rent or buy a vehicle. When this happens, all other players count their money. The player with the most money wins!

Maintenance
To ensure the longevity of your Monopoly Junior Trucks Edition game:
- Storage: Store all game components in the original box when not in use to prevent loss or damage.
- Cleaning: Wipe game pieces and the board with a dry, soft cloth if they become dusty. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
- Handling: Handle cards and banknotes carefully to prevent bending or tearing.
- Environment: Keep the game away from direct sunlight, extreme temperatures, and moisture to prevent warping or fading of components.
Troubleshooting
- What if a player runs out of money?
- If a player cannot pay rent or buy a property, they are out of the game. The game ends immediately, and the player with the most money remaining wins.
- What if I land on a property already owned?
- You must pay the owner the rent indicated on the space. If the owner has both properties of that color, the rent is doubled.
- Can I choose not to buy a property?
- No, if you land on an unowned property, you must buy it. This simplifies gameplay for younger players.
