Setup
1. Battery Installation
The Sunstech CEL4 uses a 1200mAh Lithium Ion rechargeable battery. To install:
- Remove the back cover of the phone by gently prying it open from the notch.
- Align the battery's gold contacts with the terminals inside the battery compartment.
- Press the battery down firmly until it clicks into place.
- Replace the back cover, ensuring it is securely fastened.
2. SIM Card Installation
The CEL4 supports Dual SIM functionality, allowing you to use two SIM cards simultaneously.
- With the battery removed, locate the SIM card slots.
- Insert your SIM card(s) into the designated slot(s) with the gold contacts facing down and the cut corner aligned correctly.
- Gently push the SIM card until it is fully seated.
- Reinstall the battery and back cover.
3. Charging the Phone
Before first use, fully charge the phone. The package includes a charging base and an AC charger.
- Connect the AC charger to a power outlet.
- Connect the other end of the charger to the charging base.
- Place the Sunstech CEL4 phone into the charging base, ensuring the charging contacts on the phone align with those on the base. A charging indicator will typically appear on the screen.
- Alternatively, you can connect the AC charger directly to the micro USB port on the phone.

A full charge provides up to 5 hours of talk time and 200 hours of standby time.
4. Powering On/Off
- To Power On: Press and hold the Power/End Call button (red button) until the screen lights up.
- To Power Off: Press and hold the Power/End Call button until the power off options appear, then select "Power off".

Making and Receiving Calls
- To Make a Call: Dial the number using the large numeric keypad and press the Call button (green button).
- To Receive a Call: Press the Call button (green button) when the phone rings.
- To End a Call: Press the Power/End Call button (red button).
SOS Button Functionality
The SOS button is a critical safety feature, allowing quick contact with pre-set emergency numbers.
- Setting SOS Numbers: Access the SOS settings in the phone's menu to add up to 5 emergency contacts.
- Activating SOS: In an emergency, press and hold the SOS button located on the back of the phone. The phone will automatically dial the pre-set emergency numbers in sequence until one is answered. It will also send an emergency SMS message to these contacts.

To send and receive text messages:
- Navigate to the "Messages" menu.
- Select "Write message" to compose a new SMS.
- Use the keypad to type your message.
- Enter the recipient's number or select from contacts, then send.
Camera
The phone includes a 0.08MP rear camera for basic photo capture.
- Access the "Camera" application from the main menu.
- Frame your shot using the screen.
