Introduction
Thank you for choosing the Goplus 2-in-1 Rollator Walker and Wheelchair. This device is designed to provide mobility assistance, functioning both as a traditional rollator walker and a transport wheelchair. It features a comfortable seat, adjustable handles, and a durable aluminum frame. Please read this manual thoroughly before assembly and use to ensure safe operation and proper maintenance.
Safety Information
- Maximum Weight Capacity: This rollator walker/wheelchair is designed to support a maximum user weight of 300 lbs (136 kg). Do not exceed this limit.
- Ensure all parts are securely fastened before each use. Regularly check screws and bolts for tightness.
- Always engage the parking brakes when sitting on the seat or when the device is stationary.
- Do not attempt to climb stairs or steep inclines without assistance. Use the sided feet on the rear wheels for assistance with curbs or small steps.
- Be aware of your surroundings and avoid uneven or slippery surfaces.
- When using as a wheelchair, ensure the user's feet are properly placed on the footrests and the backrest is in the correct position.
- Keep hands and fingers clear of moving parts during folding and unfolding.
Assembly Instructions
The Goplus 2-in-1 Rollator Walker and Wheelchair comes partially assembled. Follow these steps to complete the setup:
- Unfolding the Frame: Carefully remove the rollator from its packaging. Place it on a flat, stable surface. Gently pull the sides of the frame apart until it fully extends and locks into place. Ensure the X-shaped metal frame is fully open and stable.
- Attaching the Backrest: Insert the backrest into the designated slots on the frame. Ensure it clicks securely into position. The backrest is reversible for use in both walker and wheelchair modes.
- Installing Footrests: Attach the rotatable footrests to the front of the frame. Ensure they are securely locked. These can be rotated out of the way or removed when not in use.
- Adjusting Handle Height: Press the adjustment buttons on the handle tubes and slide the handles up or down to your desired height. Release the buttons to lock the handles in one of the 6 available height positions (from 33.5 inches to 38 inches). Ensure both handles are at the same height.
- Attaching Storage Bag: Hook the large storage bag onto the frame beneath the seat.
- Final Check: Before first use, verify that all connections are secure, brakes are functional, and wheels move freely.

Operating Instructions
Using as a Rollator Walker
- Ensure the backrest is positioned for walker mode (facing forward).
- Adjust the handle height to a comfortable position, allowing your arms to be slightly bent at the elbows when holding the grips.
- Walk behind the rollator, pushing it forward. Maintain a steady pace and keep your body close to the device for stability.
- To slow down or stop, gently squeeze the handbrake levers. To engage the parking brake, push the handbrake levers down until they lock into place. Pull them up to release.
Using as a Transport Wheelchair
- Engage the parking brakes.
- Rotate the backrest to face the rear, allowing the user to sit comfortably with their back against it.
- Ensure the footrests are extended and locked into position. The user should place their feet firmly on the footrests.
- The attendant should stand behind the wheelchair, holding the handles. Release the parking brakes before moving.
- Push the wheelchair forward. Use the handbrakes for speed control and to stop. Always engage the parking brakes when the wheelchair is stationary or when the user is getting in or out.
Folding for Storage and Transport
- Ensure the storage bag is empty and any accessories are removed.
- Pull the folding strap or mechanism, usually located on the seat, upwards.
- Gently push the sides of the frame together until the rollator is fully folded.
- The compact design allows for easy storage in a trunk or closet.

Maintenance
- Cleaning: Wipe down the frame and seat with a damp cloth and mild soap. Do not use abrasive cleaners.
- Wheel Inspection: Regularly check the 8-inch wear-resistant wheels for debris, wear, or damage. Ensure they rotate smoothly.
- Brake Check: Periodically test the handbrakes to ensure they are responsive and effectively lock the wheels. Adjust if necessary (refer to a qualified technician if unsure).
- Fastener Check: Inspect all screws, bolts, and locking mechanisms for tightness. Tighten any loose fasteners.
- Storage: Store the rollator in a dry, clean place away from extreme temperatures.

Troubleshooting
- Wheels not rolling smoothly: Check for debris (hair, lint) wrapped around the axles. Clean the wheels and axles. Ensure the wheels are not damaged.
- Brakes not engaging/holding: Inspect the brake cables for fraying or looseness. Ensure the brake levers are fully depressed for parking. If the issue persists, professional adjustment may be required.
- Rollator feels unstable: Verify that the frame is fully unfolded and all locking mechanisms are engaged. Check that all fasteners are tight. Ensure the handle height is adjusted evenly on both sides.
- Difficulty folding/unfolding: Ensure no items are obstructing the folding mechanism. Apply gentle, even pressure. If stiff, check for bent components or debris.
