Important Safety Information

Setup

Operating Instructions

Basic Operation

1. Power On: Press the main button on the base to turn on the kettle. The LCD screen will illuminate.

3. Heating: The kettle will begin heating to the set temperature. The current temperature will be displayed on the LCD screen.
4. Ready Alert: Once the target temperature is reached, the kettle will chime (if enabled) and maintain the temperature if Hold Mode is active.
5. Pouring: Use the precision gooseneck spout for controlled pouring, ideal for pour-over coffee and tea.

Maintenance

Cleaning

Descaling

Mineral deposits (limescale) can build up inside the kettle over time, especially in areas with hard water. Regular descaling is recommended to maintain performance and extend the life of your kettle.

1. Fill the kettle with a solution of 1 part white vinegar to 2 parts water, or use a commercial descaling solution according to its instructions.
2. Heat the solution to boiling and let it stand for 20-30 minutes.
3. Pour out the solution and rinse the kettle thoroughly several times with fresh water.
4. Repeat if necessary until all deposits are removed.

Troubleshooting

• Kettle not heating: Ensure the kettle is properly seated on the base and the power cord is securely plugged into a working outlet. Check if the power button is pressed.
