8. Troubleshooting

ProblemPossible CauseSolution
Iron not heating or screen off.No power, faulty cable/adapter, loose tip.Check power connection. Ensure power adapter meets specifications (45W for USB-C PD). Re-seat the soldering tip. Try a different compatible cable/adapter.
Temperature fluctuates or doesn't reach target.Insufficient power, oxidized tip, loose tip connection.Ensure power supply provides sufficient wattage. Clean and re-tin the soldering tip. Ensure the tip is fully inserted and secured. If issue persists, try holding the front button for 15 seconds after plugging in, as suggested by some users for calibration.
Solder not melting easily.Low temperature setting, oxidized tip, poor quality solder.Increase temperature setting. Clean and re-tin the tip. Use high-quality solder.
Iron enters sleep mode too quickly.Default sleep settings.Adjust sleep settings via firmware customization if desired. Move the iron to wake it up.
Over-heating warning.Internal sensor detection.Unplug the iron and allow it to cool down. Ensure proper ventilation. If warnings persist, contact support.
