4. Installation Guide
This heating element is designed for installation into a bathroom radiator or towel warmer. Ensure the radiator is compatible with a G1/2" connection thread.
Installation Steps:
- Prepare the Radiator: Ensure the radiator is drained and cool. Locate the G1/2" connection port at the bottom of the radiator.
- Insert the Heating Element: Carefully screw the heating element into the G1/2" port at the bottom of the radiator. Ensure it is securely tightened to prevent leaks.
- Seal the Connection: Use appropriate sealing materials (e.g., PTFE tape) on the threads to ensure a watertight seal.
- Fill the Radiator: Refill the radiator with water or the recommended heating fluid, ensuring no air pockets remain.
- Connect to Power: Plug the coiled power cord into a suitable 220-240V/50Hz electrical outlet. Ensure the outlet is properly grounded and protected by a residual current device (RCD).
- Verify Installation: Double-check all connections for leaks and ensure the heating element is firmly in place.
