Setup

  1. Unpack: Carefully remove all components from the packaging.
  2. Clean: Before first use, wash the drying trays and lid in warm, soapy water. The trays are dishwasher-safe. Wipe the motor base with a damp cloth. Ensure all parts are completely dry before assembly.
  3. Assemble: Place the motor base on a clean, dry, and stable surface. Stack the desired number of drying trays onto the base. Place the transparent lid on top of the uppermost tray.

Operating Instructions

Food Preparation

Loading Trays

  1. Arrange prepared food in a single layer on each drying tray. Do not overlap items.
  2. Ensure there is adequate space between food pieces for proper air circulation.
  3. Stack the loaded trays onto the motor base.
  4. Place the transparent lid securely on the top tray.

Starting Dehydration

  1. Plug the power cord into a standard 120V AC electrical outlet.
  2. Flip the ON/OFF switch to the "ON" position. The dehydrator will begin operating.
  3. The transparent lid allows you to monitor the drying progress without opening the unit.
  4. Drying times vary depending on the type of food, thickness, and humidity. Refer to general dehydration guides for estimated times.
  5. Once food is dried to your desired consistency, flip the ON/OFF switch to the "OFF" position and unplug the unit.

Maintenance and Cleaning

Regular cleaning will ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your dehydrator.

  4. Clean Motor Base: Wipe the exterior of the motor base with a soft, damp cloth. Do not immerse the motor base in water or any other liquid.
  5. Storage: Ensure all parts are completely dry before storing. Store the assembled dehydrator in a cool, dry place.
