2. Setup
2.1 Strap Adjustment

2.2 Initial Power On

- Press and hold Button 1 for approximately 3 seconds until the hours digit begins to flash. This indicates you are in setting mode.
- While the hours digit is flashing, press Button 2 repeatedly to adjust the hour.
- Press Button 1 again to confirm the hours and move to the minutes setting. The minutes digit will flash.
- Press Button 2 repeatedly to adjust the minutes.
- Continue this sequence, pressing Button 1 to move to the next setting (Month, Day) and Button 2 to adjust the value.
- 12/24 Hour Format: When setting the hours, if 'AM' or 'PM' appears, you are in 12-hour format. Press Button 2 to toggle between AM/PM or to switch to 24-hour format (where no AM/PM indicator is shown).
- Once all settings are complete, press Button 1 one last time to exit the setting mode, or simply wait for the display to time out automatically.
