Setup

1. Unpacking: Carefully remove the fan from its packaging. Inspect for any damage.
2. Initial Charge: Before first use, fully charge the internal battery using the provided AC charger. The battery indicator lights will show charging progress.
3. Water Source Preparation (for Misting):
   • Place the fan on top of a standard 5-gallon utility bucket (not included) or connect it to an XPOWER WT-90 reservoir (sold separately).
   • Ensure the water pump inlet hose is fully submerged in clean water within the bucket or reservoir.
   • For optimal performance and to prevent mineral buildup, use distilled or filtered water.
4. Positioning: Place the fan on a stable, level surface. Adjust the fan head angle using the quick-release knob to direct airflow and mist as desired. The rack allows for 360° rotation.

Operating Instructions

Powering On/Off

• To turn on the fan, rotate the variable speed dial clockwise from the "OFF" position.
• To turn off the fan, rotate the variable speed dial counter-clockwise to the "OFF" position.

Fan Speed Adjustment

• The FM-65WB features 3 adjustable fan speeds. Rotate the variable speed dial to select your desired airflow intensity (Min to Max).

Misting Function

• Ensure the water pump inlet hose is submerged in water.
• Press the misting button on the control panel to activate the misting function. The fan must be running for misting to occur.
• To deactivate misting, press the misting button again.
• The misting intensity is generally tied to the fan speed; higher fan speeds will disperse the mist more widely.

Oscillation

• Press the oscillation button on the control panel to enable automatic oscillation for broader coverage.
• Press the oscillation button again to stop oscillation at the current position.

Battery Operation & Charging

• The fan can operate on its internal rechargeable battery for portable use.
• Monitor the battery indicator lights on the control panel to check the remaining battery life.
• When the battery is low, connect the AC charger to the fan and a power outlet to recharge. The fan can be used while charging.

USB Output

• The integrated USB output port allows you to charge small electronic devices (e.g., smartphones) using the fan's battery.
• Connect your device's USB charging cable to the USB output port on the fan.
