4. Key Features

4.1 LIGHTSYNC RGB Lighting

The G815 features LIGHTSYNC technology, offering per-key customizable RGB lighting with approximately 16.8 million colors. Lighting can be synchronized with in-game actions, audio, or screen color. Custom animations and effects are configurable via Logitech G HUB.

7. Maintenance

7.1 Cleaning the Keyboard

To maintain optimal performance and appearance, regularly clean your keyboard:

  1. Disconnect the keyboard from your computer before cleaning.
  2. Use a soft, lint-free cloth lightly dampened with water or a mild cleaning solution to wipe down the keycaps and chassis.
  3. For dust and debris between keys, use compressed air or a specialized keyboard cleaning gel.
  4. Avoid using harsh chemicals, abrasive cleaners, or spraying liquids directly onto the keyboard.

8. Troubleshooting

8.1 Keyboard Not Responding

  • Ensure the USB cable is securely connected to your computer's USB port(s).
  • Try connecting the keyboard to a different USB port or a different computer to rule out port issues.
  • Restart your computer.

8.2 RGB Lighting Not Working/Customizing

  • Verify that the brightness is not set to the lowest level or turned off using the dedicated brightness button.
  • Ensure Logitech G HUB software is installed and running.
  • Check for any conflicting software that might be controlling RGB lighting.
  • Update Logitech G HUB to the latest version.

8.3 G-Keys Not Functioning
