Setup and Installation

1. Prepare the Installation Area:
   • Turn off the main water supply to the bathroom.
   • Remove any existing faucet fixtures.

2. Install the Valve:
   • Install the included valve body into the wall according to the valve's specific instructions (refer to the separate valve manual if provided).
   • Connect the hot and cold water lines to the valve.
   • Connect the shower and tub outlet lines to the valve.

3. Install the Tub Spout:
   • Apply plumber's tape to the threads of the tub spout pipe.
   • Thread the tub spout onto the pipe extending from the wall. Tighten securely.
4. Install the Shower Arm and Flange:
   • Apply plumber's tape to the threads of the shower arm.
   • Thread the shower arm into the fitting in the wall.

Operating Instructions

The Moen Ronan 82021BL faucet is designed for ease of use.

1. Turning Water On/Off and Temperature Control:
   • Rotate the single handle to turn the water on and off.
   • Rotate the handle left for hotter water and right for colder water.
2. Diverting Water to Shower or Tub:
   • To fill the tub, ensure the tub spout diverter is in the down position.
   • To use the shower, pull up the diverter on the tub spout. Water will then flow from the shower head.
3. Using the Magnetix Handheld Shower:
   • The handheld shower head is securely held in place by the Magnetix docking system.
