  1. Turn the mouse over to access the bottom panel.
  2. Locate the battery compartment cover and slide it open.

This mode uses the included USB receiver for a stable wireless connection.

  1. Ensure the mouse has a fresh battery installed and the power switch is in the "ON" position.
  2. Plug the USB 2.4G receiver into an available USB port on your computer or device.
  3. The operating system will typically detect and install the necessary drivers automatically.
  4. The mouse should now be ready for use.

4.3 Bluetooth Connection

This mode allows connection to Bluetooth-enabled devices without a USB receiver.

  1. Ensure the mouse has a fresh battery installed and the power switch is in the "ON" position.
  2. Press and hold the Bluetooth pairing button (often located on the bottom of the mouse or integrated with the DPI button, refer to specific model markings if available) until the indicator light begins to flash, indicating pairing mode.
  3. On your device (e.g., laptop, tablet, smartphone), navigate to the Bluetooth settings.
  4. Enable Bluetooth and search for new devices.
  5. Select "UGREEN Mouse" or a similar name from the list of available devices to pair.
  6. Once paired, the indicator light on the mouse will stop flashing and remain solid or turn off.

Note: The mouse can remember DPI settings for both Bluetooth and 2.4G modes independently.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 DPI Adjustment

The mouse features 4 adjustable DPI settings to suit various tasks and screen resolutions:

  • 1000 DPI
  • 1600 DPI
  • 2000 DPI
  • 4000 DPI

To change the DPI sensitivity, press the DPI adjustment button located on the top of the mouse. Each press will cycle through the available settings. The mouse will remember the last selected DPI for each connection mode (2.4G or Bluetooth).

5.2 Power Management

To conserve battery life, the UGREEN Wireless Mouse incorporates an automatic sleep mode. If the mouse is inactive for a period, it will enter a low-power sleep state. To wake it up, simply move the mouse or click any button.

For extended periods of non-use, it is recommended to turn off the mouse using the power switch located on the bottom of the device.

6. Maintenance

  • Cleaning: Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the mouse. For stubborn dirt, a slightly damp cloth can be used, ensuring no moisture enters the internal components. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.
  • Storage: When not in use, store the mouse in a clean, dry environment. If storing for a long period, remove the battery to prevent leakage.
  • USB Receiver: Store the USB receiver in its designated slot within the battery compartment to prevent loss.

7. Troubleshooting

7.1 Mouse is unresponsive or not connecting:

  • Ensure the mouse is powered on.
  • Check the battery level and replace if necessary.
  • For 2.4G mode: Ensure the USB receiver is securely plugged into a working USB port. Try a different USB port.
  • For Bluetooth mode: Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your device and the mouse is correctly paired. Try re-pairing the mouse.
  • Move the mouse closer to the receiver/device to rule out range issues.

7.2 Cursor movement is erratic or imprecise:

  • Clean the optical sensor on the bottom of the mouse.
  • Ensure you are using the mouse on a suitable surface. Highly reflective or transparent surfaces may affect tracking.
  • Adjust the DPI setting to a lower value if the cursor is too fast.

7.3 Silent click feature is not working:

  • The silent click feature is integrated into the mouse design. If you experience loud clicks, ensure the buttons are not obstructed.
