1. Inhale Deeply: Take the deepest breath you can, filling your lungs completely.
2. Seal Lips Around Mouthpiece: Place the mouthpiece in your mouth and seal your lips tightly around it.
3. Exhale Forcefully and Completely: Blow out as hard and as fast as you can until your lungs are completely empty. Continue exhaling for at least 6 seconds, or until the device indicates completion.
4. Review Results: The measured parameters will be displayed on the LCD screen immediately after the test.

3.3 Data Transfer via Bluetooth
