6. Operating Instructions
- Set Temperature and Time:
- Press the 'SET' button on the desired LCD panel. The temperature display will flash.
- Use the up/down arrows to adjust the temperature (recommended range: 356°F - 365°F).
- Press 'SET' again. The time display will flash.
- Use the up/down arrows to adjust the time (recommended: 120 seconds for tumblers, adjust based on material and design).
- Press and hold 'SET' to confirm and lock the settings. The heating element will begin to warm up.
- Prepare Your Item: Wrap your sublimation print tightly around the tumbler/mug and secure it with heat-resistant tape. Ensure the design is flat and free of wrinkles.
- Insert Item: Once the machine reaches the set temperature, carefully open the press handle. Wearing heat-resistant gloves, insert the prepared tumbler/mug into the appropriate heating station.
- Start Pressing: Close the press handle firmly. Press the green 'COUNTING' button on the corresponding panel to start the timer.
- Rotate (Optional but Recommended): For even sublimation, especially on larger tumblers, rotate the item halfway through the pressing time (e.g., at 60 seconds for a 120-second press). Open the press, rotate the tumbler 180 degrees, close the press, and restart the timer for the remaining duration.
- Remove Item: When the timer rings, open the press handle. Wearing heat-resistant gloves, carefully remove the hot tumbler/mug. Place it on a heat-resistant surface to cool.
- Peel Design: Once cooled, carefully peel off the sublimation paper to reveal your finished design.

7. Maintenance
- Cleaning: After each use, allow the machine to cool completely. Wipe down the heating elements and exterior surfaces with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
- Storage: Store the heat press in a dry, dust-free environment when not in use.
- Fuse Replacement: If the machine fails to power on or a heating element stops working, check the fuses. Replace with the provided spare fuses if necessary. Refer to the user manual for specific fuse location and replacement instructions.
8. Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Clicking sound during operation | Normal operation of the thermostat to maintain set temperature. | This is normal and indicates the machine is regulating heat. No action required. |
| Uneven heating or faded spots (ghosting) | Insufficient pressure; incorrect temperature/time settings; improper rotation. | Adjust pressure knobs for a tighter fit. Verify temperature and time settings. Ensure even rotation during pressing. |
| Machine does not power on | Power cord not properly connected; blown fuse. | Check power connections. Replace fuses if blown (refer to manual). |
| Design not transferring completely | Low temperature; insufficient time; poor contact. | Increase temperature or time slightly. Ensure firm pressure and good contact between heating element and item. |
