5. Setup

1. Unpacking: Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Retain packaging for future storage or transport.
2. Placement: Place the heat press on a stable, heat-resistant surface in a well-ventilated area. Ensure adequate space around the machine for safe operation.
3. Power Connection: Connect the power cord to the machine and then to a grounded 110V AC power outlet.
4. Initial Power On: Flip the red power switch to the ON position. The digital display will illuminate.

6. Operating Instructions

Follow these steps to perform sublimation heat transfer:

1. Prepare Your Design: Print your sublimation design onto sublimation paper using sublimation ink. Ensure the design is mirrored if necessary.

2. Attach Design to Item: Securely wrap your printed design around the tumbler or mug. Use the provided heat-resistant tape to hold the design firmly in place, ensuring no gaps or wrinkles.

3. Set Temperature and Time:
   • Press the "SET" button on the control panel.
   • Use the arrow buttons (▲ / ▼) to adjust the desired temperature (e.g., 360-380 ℉ for tumblers). Press "SET" again to confirm.
   • Use the arrow buttons (▲ / ▼) to adjust the desired time (e.g., 60-120 seconds for tumblers). Press "SET" again to confirm.
   • Allow the machine to reach the set temperature. The display will show the current temperature.

4. Adjust Pressure: Use the pressure knobs on top of the machine to adjust the tightness of the heating element around your item. Ensure a firm, even pressure without being overly tight.
5. Insert Item: Wearing heat-resistant gloves, carefully place the prepared tumbler or mug into the heating element.

8. Cool Down & Peel: Place the hot item on a heat-resistant surface to cool. Once cool enough to handle, carefully peel off the sublimation paper to reveal your design.
