- Position the transparent lid onto the bowl and align it with the main unit. Rotate the lid clockwise until it locks securely in place.
- Attach the motor unit to the top of the transparent lid, ensuring it is firmly seated.

5.1 Basic Operation Steps

- Prepare Ingredients: Ensure your ingredients are chilled (typically 4-8°C / 39-46°F) for best results.
- Add Ingredients: Pour your prepared mixture into the removable bowl. Do not exceed the MAX fill line to allow for expansion during freezing.
- Secure Lid: Place the transparent lid with the motor unit and mixing blade onto the bowl and lock it into position.
- Connect Power: Plug the appliance into a suitable power outlet. The LCD display will illuminate.
- Select Mode: Press the Function Select button (often indicated by three horizontal lines or a menu icon) to cycle through the available modes:
- Ice Cream Mode: For making ice cream, gelato, and sorbet. This mode combines mixing and cooling.
- Yogurt Mode: For preparing homemade yogurt. This mode typically involves a heating/incubation phase followed by cooling.
- Cooling Only Mode: Activates the cooling function without mixing. Useful for pre-chilling or keeping desserts cold.
- Mixing Only Mode: Activates the mixing blade without cooling. Useful for stirring ingredients or adding mix-ins.
- Set Time: Use the + and - buttons to adjust the working time. The default time varies by mode.
- Start Operation: Press the START/PAUSE button to begin the selected program. The machine will start mixing and/or cooling.
- Add Mix-ins (Optional): If adding solid ingredients like chocolate chips or nuts, do so during the last 5-10 minutes of the cycle through the lid opening.
- Completion: The machine will beep 10 times when the program is complete.
5.2 Keep Cool Function
After the selected program finishes, the machine automatically enters a 1-hour "Keep Cool" mode. This function maintains the dessert at an optimal temperature, preventing it from melting immediately.

- Main Unit: Wipe the exterior of the main unit with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or scourers. Never immerse the main unit in water or any other liquid.
- Motor Unit: Wipe with a damp cloth. Do not rinse under water or immerse.
