1. Introduction

This manual provides comprehensive instructions for the SGNICS Wireless Bluetooth 5.0 Earbuds. These earbuds are designed for a seamless audio experience with features like ultra-low-latency and single earbud use, making them suitable for various activities including commutes, workouts, and daily use.

The earbuds offer Hi-fi stereo sound quality with crystal clear audio and deep resonant bass, enhanced by CVC 8.0 noise reduction for clear communication. They feature a lightweight, ergonomic design and automatic pairing for user convenience.

4. Setup Guide

4.1 Charging the Earbuds and Case

Before first use, ensure both the earbuds and the charging case are fully charged.

1. Place the earbuds into the charging case. Ensure they are correctly seated in their respective slots.
2. Connect the provided Type-C charging cable to the charging port on the case and the other end to a USB power source (e.g., wall adapter, computer USB port).
3. The indicator light on the charging case will show charging status. A full charge for the case takes approximately 4 hours.
4. Once fully charged, disconnect the charging cable.

4.2 Pairing with Your Device

The SGNICS earbuds feature smart one-step reconnection for convenience.

1. Initial Pairing:
   • Open the charging case. The earbuds will automatically power on and enter pairing mode.
   • On your device (smartphone, tablet, computer), go to the Bluetooth settings.
   • Search for "SGNICS Earbuds" (or similar name) in the list of available devices and select it to connect.
   • Once connected, you will hear a confirmation tone, and the earbuds' indicator lights may change.
2. Automatic Reconnection:
   • After the first successful pairing, simply remove the earbuds from the charging case, and they will automatically connect to the last paired device if Bluetooth is enabled on that device.

5. Operating Instructions

The SGNICS earbuds are equipped with multi-functional touch panels for easy control of audio playback and calls.

5.1 Touch Controls

• Play/Pause Music: Single tap on either earbud.
• Next Track: Double tap on the Right earbud.
• Previous Track: Double tap on the Left earbud.
• Answer/End Call: Single tap on either earbud during an incoming call or active call.
• Reject Call: Press and hold either earbud for 2 seconds during an incoming call.
• Activate Voice Assistant (Siri/Google Assistant): Triple tap on either earbud.
• Volume Up: Refer to the quick start guide for precise volume control gestures.
• Volume Down: Refer to the quick start guide for precise volume control gestures.

Note: Specific touch control functions may vary slightly. For the most precise controls, refer to the quick start guide included in your package.

5.2 Single Earbud Use

Either earbud can be used independently. Simply take one earbud out of the case, and it will connect to your device. The other earbud can remain in the case or be used later.

6. Care and Maintenance

Proper care will extend the lifespan of your SGNICS Wireless Earbuds.

• Cleaning: Use a soft, dry, lint-free cloth to clean the earbuds and charging case. Do not use abrasive cleaners, alcohol, or chemical solvents.
• Water Resistance: While the product description mentions IPX5 water resistance, the detailed specifications state "Not Water Resistant". To ensure longevity, avoid exposing the earbuds to excessive moisture, rain, or submersion in water. Wipe off any sweat immediately after workouts.

7. Troubleshooting

If you encounter issues with your earbuds, try the following solutions:

• Earbuds not pairing with device:
  • Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your device.
  • Make sure the earbuds are charged.
  • Place the earbuds back into the charging case, close the lid, wait a few seconds, then open the lid and try pairing again.
  • Forget "SGNICS Earbuds" from your device's Bluetooth list and attempt to pair again from scratch.
  • Ensure the earbuds are within the effective Bluetooth range (typically 10 meters/33 feet) of your device.
• Only one earbud working:
  • Place both earbuds back into the charging case, close the lid, and then take them out together.
  • Check if both earbuds are charged.
  • Try resetting the earbuds (refer to the quick start guide for specific reset instructions if available).
• No sound or low volume:
  • Increase the volume on both your device and the earbuds.
  • Ensure the earbuds are properly connected to your device.
  • Clean any debris from the earbud speaker mesh.
• Charging case not charging:
  • Check if the charging cable is securely connected to both the case and the power source.
  • Try a different USB port or power adapter.
  • Ensure the charging cable is not damaged.
