Setup and Installation

This fixture requires user-supplied wiring for power. Follow these steps for safe and proper installation:

1. Prepare Wiring: Obtain a suitable power cord (12 gauge through 16 gauge SO Cord recommended) and, if desired, a female three-prong plug for daisy-chaining multiple lights. Cut and strip the wires as necessary.
2. Access Wiring Terminal: Unscrew the top section of the lantern to expose the internal wiring terminal.
3. Connect Power Cord:
   • Feed the power cord through one of the ½” threaded hubs.
   • Connect the stripped wires to the appropriate terminals within the fixture (Line, Neutral, Ground). Ensure connections are secure.
   • Use the provided steel strain relief connector to secure the power cord where it enters the fixture, preventing accidental dislodgement.
4. Daisy-Chaining (Optional): If connecting multiple lights, feed the female three-prong plug wiring through the second ½” threaded hub and connect it to the designated output terminals. Secure with a strain relief connector.
5. Secure Top Section: Carefully re-attach and screw the top section of the lantern back into place, ensuring no wires are pinched.
6. Mounting: Use the retractable hanging clip/handle to securely mount the lantern overhead. Ensure the mounting point can support the fixture's weight (approximately 10.03 pounds).

Important: The fixture does not include an on/off switch. Power control must be managed externally (e.g., via a wall switch or by plugging/unplugging the power cord).

1. Power On: Connect the power cord to a compatible 120V - 227VAC power source. The light will illuminate.
