1. Important Safety Information
Read and understand all safety precautions before operating the generator. Failure to follow these instructions may result in serious injury or death.
- Carbon Monoxide Hazard: Generators produce carbon monoxide, a colorless, odorless, poisonous gas. Operate outdoors only, far away from windows, doors, and vents.
- Fire Hazard: Gasoline is highly flammable. Refuel in a well-ventilated area with the engine off and cool. Do not smoke while refueling.
- Electrical Shock Hazard: Do not operate in wet conditions. Ensure all connections are secure and dry. Do not overload the generator.
- Hot Surfaces: The generator and muffler become hot during operation. Avoid contact to prevent burns.
- Children and Pets: Keep children and pets away from the generator at all times.

3. Setup and First Use
3.1 Unpacking and Inspection
Carefully remove the generator from its packaging. Inspect for any shipping damage. Retain packaging for future transport or storage.
3.2 Adding Engine Oil
The generator is shipped without engine oil. Before first use, add the recommended type and amount of oil.
- Place the generator on a level surface.
- Locate the oil fill cap/dipstick.
- Using the provided oil funnel, slowly add SAE 10W-30 engine oil until it reaches the upper mark on the dipstick. Do not overfill.
- Securely replace the oil fill cap.
3.3 Adding Fuel
Use only fresh, unleaded gasoline with an octane rating of 87 or higher. Do not use E85 or any other ethanol blend exceeding 10%.
- Ensure the generator is off and cool.
- Open the fuel tank cap.
- Slowly pour gasoline into the fuel tank (capacity: 3.5L), leaving a small air gap at the top.
- Securely close the fuel tank cap. Wipe up any spills immediately.
4. Operating Instructions
4.1 Starting the Generator
- Place the generator on a firm, level surface outdoors, away from combustible materials and at least 1 meter from buildings.
- Ensure the fuel tank is filled and engine oil is at the correct level.
- Turn the Main Switch to the "START" position.
- Pull the recoil starter handle slowly until resistance is felt, then pull quickly and firmly. Repeat until the engine starts.
- Once the engine starts, slowly move the Main Switch to the "RUN" position.
- Allow the generator to warm up for a few minutes before connecting electrical loads.
4.2 Connecting Electrical Loads
Connect appliances to the appropriate outlets. Do not exceed the generator's rated running wattage (3000W) or starting wattage (3200W).
- For AC appliances, plug into the 230V AC outlets.
- For USB devices, plug into the 5V USB Type-A ports.
- For 12V DC devices or battery charging, use the 12V DC outlet.
4.3 Eco Mode Operation
Engage the Eco Mode switch to optimize fuel consumption. In Eco Mode, the engine speed adjusts automatically to the connected load, reducing noise and extending runtime.

Figure 4.1: The AIVOLT generator operating quietly, suitable for environments where noise reduction is important, such as camping or residential areas.
4.4 Stopping the Generator
- Disconnect all electrical loads from the generator.
- Allow the generator to run for a few minutes without load to cool down.
- Turn the Main Switch to the "STOP" position.
4.5 Parallel Operation (Optional)
Two AIVOLT inverter generators can be connected in parallel using a compatible parallel kit (sold separately) to double the available power output.

Figure 4.2: Two AIVOLT inverter generators connected for parallel operation, providing increased power for larger loads or multiple appliances.
Refer to the parallel kit's instruction manual for detailed connection procedures.
5. Maintenance
Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and extends the lifespan of your generator. Always turn off the engine and allow it to cool before performing any maintenance.
5.1 Maintenance Schedule
