Setup

1. Charging the Headphones and Case

Before first use, fully charge both the charging case and the earbuds.

• Charging the Case: Connect the USB-C charging cable to the charging port on the case and the other end to a USB power adapter (not included) or a computer USB port. The LED indicators on the case will show the charging progress. A full charge takes approximately 2 hours.
• Charging the Earbuds: Place the earbuds into their respective slots in the charging case. Ensure the charging contacts align. The earbuds will automatically begin charging. The case can charge the earbuds up to four times on a single full charge.

2. Pairing with a Bluetooth Device

The FOREVER TWE-210 headphones use Bluetooth 5.3 for a stable connection.

• Initial Pairing:
  1. Open the charging case. The earbuds will automatically power on and enter pairing mode.
  2. On your device (smartphone, tablet, etc.), enable Bluetooth.
  3. Search for "TWE-210" in the list of available Bluetooth devices and select it to connect.
  4. Once connected, you will hear an audible confirmation, and the earbud LED indicators will turn off or flash slowly.
• Automatic Reconnection: After the initial pairing, the earbuds will automatically connect to the last paired device when taken out of the charging case, provided Bluetooth is enabled on the device and it is within range (up to 10 meters).
• Single Earbud Use: Either earbud can be used independently. Simply take one earbud out of the case, and it will connect to your device.

Operating Instructions

The FOREVER TWE-210 headphones feature intuitive touch controls.

Power On/Off

• Power On: Open the charging case, or long-press the touch control area on both earbuds for 3 seconds if they are outside the case and powered off.
• Power Off: Place the earbuds back into the charging case and close the lid. Alternatively, long-press the touch control area on both earbuds for 5 seconds.

Music Playback

• Play/Pause: Single tap on either earbud.
• Next Track: Double tap the right earbud.
• Previous Track: Double tap the left earbud.
• Volume Up: Triple tap the right earbud.
• Volume Down: Triple tap the left earbud.

Call Management

• Answer/End Call: Single tap on either earbud.
• Reject Call: Long-press the touch control area on either earbud for 2 seconds.

Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) Control

The TWE-210 features ANC technology to reduce ambient noise.

• Toggle ANC/Transparency Mode/Normal Mode: Long-press the touch control area on the left earbud for 2 seconds to cycle through modes.

Maintenance

Cleaning

• Use a soft, dry, lint-free cloth to clean the earbuds and charging case.
