Maintenance
Cleaning
Wipe the piano body and keys with a soft, dry cloth. For stubborn dirt, slightly dampen the cloth with water and mild soap, then wipe dry immediately. Avoid using abrasive cleaners, solvents, or waxes, as these can damage the finish.
Storage
Store the piano in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, extreme temperatures, and high humidity. These conditions can affect the wooden components and electronic parts. If storing for an extended period, disconnect the power adapter.
Natural Wood Characteristics
The piano body is made from natural wood, specifically Western Red Cedar, known for its excellent sound resonance. Due to the nature of natural wood, minor variations in grain, color, or the presence of sap-related patterns (stains/discoloration) may occur. These are not defects but inherent characteristics of natural wood and do not affect the product's performance or quality. Over time, the wood's appearance may change due to environmental conditions; this is normal.

Troubleshooting
If you encounter any issues, please refer to the following common problems and solutions before contacting support.
| Problem | Possible Cause / Solution |
|---|---|
| Keys feel sticky or have residue. | Lubricant cream is applied under the keys during manufacturing. Occasionally, a small amount of cream may transfer to the keys. This is normal and can be wiped away with a soft cloth. |
| Gaps between keys appear uneven. | Due to manufacturing tolerances, the gaps between individual keys may not be perfectly uniform. This does not affect playability or performance. |
| Stain-like patterns or discoloration on the wooden body. | The piano uses natural Western Red Cedar wood. Variations in wood grain, sap marks, or slight discoloration are natural characteristics and not defects. These do not impact the instrument's sound or function. |
| No sound or low volume. | Check if the power is on and the volume is turned up. Ensure headphones are not connected if you intend to use the speakers. Verify all cables are securely connected. |
| Sustain pedal not working. | Ensure the sustain pedal is fully plugged into the correct jack on the rear panel. |
