The Google Pixel 7 Pro features a refined design with a polished aluminum frame and Gorilla Glass Victus for durability.

Display

The device features a 6.7-inch QHD+ LTPO OLED display with a resolution of 1440 x 3120 pixels (512 ppi). It supports a refresh rate of up to 120Hz for smooth scrolling and responsiveness. The display is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass Victus.

Buttons and Ports

On the right side of the phone, you will find the volume control buttons and the power button. The left side houses the SIM tray. The bottom edge features a USB-C port for charging and data transfer, along with speaker grilles.

Setup

Upon first power-on, follow the on-screen instructions to set up your Google Pixel 7 Pro. This includes connecting to Wi-Fi, signing into your Google account, and transferring data from a previous device if needed using the Quick Switch Adapter.

System Navigation

You can customize your phone's navigation preferences. Go to Settings > System > Gestures > System navigation. Here, you can choose between gesture navigation (swiping) or 3-button navigation (traditional on-screen buttons).

Battery and Performance

The Pixel 7 Pro is powered by the Google Tensor G2 chip, offering faster, more efficient, and more secure performance. It comes with 12GB of RAM and storage options of 128GB, 256GB, or 512GB.

The Adaptive Battery can last over 24 hours, and with Extreme Battery Saver turned on, it can last up to 72 hours.

Security and Privacy

Equipped with the Google Tensor G2 and Titan M2 security chip, your Pixel is built with multiple layers of security to help keep your personal info safe. It also features Face Unlock for convenient and secure access.

VPN by Google One (coming soon) is built into Pixel 7 Pro to help protect your online activity, no matter what app or web browser you use. Note: Some data is not transmitted through VPN. Not available in all countries. Use of VPN may increase data costs depending on your plan.

Connectivity

The Pixel 7 Pro is an unlocked Android 5G phone, offering flexibility to change carriers. It works with Google Fi, Verizon, T-Mobile, AT&T, and other major carriers. It supports 5G connectivity, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and NFC.

You can seamlessly connect Pixel devices with each other, locate your misplaced Pixel phone, Pixel Buds, or Google Pixel Watch, and control your connected home from almost anywhere.

Maintenance

The Google Pixel 7 Pro is designed to comply with dust and water protection rating IP68 under IEC standard 60529 when each device leaves the factory. It is also scratch-resistant with Corning Gorilla Glass Victus.

Note: Water resistance and dust resistance are not permanent conditions and will diminish or be lost over time due to normal wear and tear, device repair, disassembly, or damage. Dropping your device may result in loss of water/dust resistance. Liquid damage voids the warranty.

Troubleshooting

Battery Saving Tips

To extend battery life, you can enable Battery Saver or Extreme Battery Saver in Settings > Battery. Extreme Battery Saver pauses most apps and notifications to conserve power. You can also select essential apps that should not be paused.

Screen Resolution Adjustment

You can adjust the screen resolution in Settings > Display > Screen resolution. Choose between High resolution (1080p FHD+) or Full resolution (1440p QHD+). Full resolution uses more battery and switching resolutions may cause some apps to restart.
