This image displays the device's front, featuring a digital display that shows input voltage, output voltage, and load level. Below the display is the 'VOLT POLSKA' brand logo. On the left side, there is a large toggle switch labeled 'ON' and 'OFF' for power control. The bottom part of the front panel has ventilation grilles. The top has two handles for portability.

  • Digital Display: Shows real-time information such as input voltage (INPUT), output voltage (OUTPUT), and load level (LOAD). It also includes indicators for "NORMAL WORKING" and "UNUSUAL" conditions.
  • Power Switch (ON/OFF): Controls the main power to the stabilizer.
  • Ventilation Grilles: Ensure proper airflow for cooling.

4.2 Rear Panel

The rear panel provides connection ports and additional safety features.

On the left, there's an importer label with contact information. A large sticker in the center provides model details (AVR PRO-10000VA, AC 220V~50Hz, Max Current 45A, Precision +/-3%) and a safety warning: "SWITCH ON REGULATOR BEFORE SWITCHING ON CONNECTED APPLIANCES. THIS IS A HIGH VOLTAGE DEVICE. NO UNQUALIFIED PERSON SHOULD OPEN OR ATTEMPT TO SERVICE. FOR INDOOR USE ONLY." A circular circuit breaker is visible below the warning label. Ventilation grilles are also present.

  • Input Terminal: For connecting the stabilizer to the main power supply.
  • Output Sockets: Two standard power outlets for connecting electronic devices.
  • Circuit Breaker: Provides overload protection. If tripped, reset it after resolving the overload condition.
  • Ventilation Fan: Assists in cooling the internal components.
  • Warning Labels: Important safety information regarding high voltage and servicing restrictions.

5. Setup Instructions

  1. Unpacking: Carefully remove the stabilizer from its packaging. Inspect for any signs of damage during transit.
  2. Placement: Place the stabilizer on a stable, flat surface in a dry, well-ventilated area. Ensure there is adequate space around the unit for proper airflow, especially around the ventilation grilles and fan. Avoid placing it near heat sources or in direct sunlight.
  3. Initial Connection:
    • Ensure the stabilizer's power switch is in the OFF position.
    • Connect the stabilizer's input terminal to a grounded wall outlet.
    • Do not connect any devices to the stabilizer's output sockets yet.
  4. Power On (Stabilizer Only): Flip the power switch on the front panel to the ON position. The digital display should illuminate, showing the input voltage. Allow the stabilizer to stabilize for a few seconds.
  5. Connect Devices: Once the stabilizer is operating normally (indicated by "NORMAL WORKING" on the display), connect your electronic devices to the output sockets on the rear panel. Ensure the total power consumption of all connected devices does not exceed 10000VA.
  6. Power On Devices: Switch on your connected devices one by one.

6. Operating Instructions

The AVR Pro 10000VA operates automatically to maintain a stable output voltage. Monitor the digital display for operational status.

  • Input Voltage (INPUT): Displays the current voltage from the main power supply.
  • Output Voltage (OUTPUT): Displays the stabilized voltage provided to your connected devices. This should ideally be around 230V.
  • Load Level (LOAD): Indicates the percentage of the stabilizer's capacity currently being used by connected devices. Avoid exceeding 100% load to prevent overload.
  • NORMAL WORKING Indicator: Illuminates when the stabilizer is operating within normal parameters and providing stable output.
  • UNUSUAL Indicator: Illuminates if there is an abnormal condition, such as an input voltage outside the operational range, overload, or overheating. Refer to the troubleshooting section if this indicator is active.
  • Delay Time: The device has a 6-second delay time before outputting power after being switched on or after a power fluctuation. This protects connected equipment from immediate power surges.

7. Maintenance

  • Cleaning: Disconnect the stabilizer from the power supply before cleaning. Use a soft, dry cloth to wipe the exterior. Do not use liquid cleaners or solvents.
  • Ventilation: Regularly check that the ventilation grilles and fan are free from dust and obstructions to ensure proper cooling.
  • Storage: If storing the device for an extended period, ensure it is clean, dry, and stored in a cool, well-ventilated place.
  • Servicing: Do not attempt to service the unit yourself. Refer all servicing to qualified personnel.

8. Troubleshooting

ProblemPossible CauseSolution
Stabilizer does not power on.No power from the wall outlet; Power switch is OFF; Internal fuse/circuit breaker tripped.Check wall outlet with another device; Ensure power switch is ON; Check and reset the circuit breaker on the rear panel.
"UNUSUAL" indicator is active.Input voltage out of range; Overload; Overheating.Check input voltage; Reduce connected load; Ensure proper ventilation.
Output voltage is not stable or incorrect.Extreme input voltage fluctuations; Stabilizer malfunction. This is normal for extreme fluctuations, the device is working to stabilize. If persistent, contact support.
Connected devices are not receiving power.Stabilizer is OFF; Circuit breaker tripped; Device power switch is OFF.Ensure stabilizer is ON; Reset circuit breaker; Check power switches on connected devices.
