Setup

1. Charging the Devices

Before initial use, fully charge both the remote control and the collar receiver. Use the provided dual-port USB charging cable to charge both units simultaneously. A full charge typically takes 2 hours.

2. Attaching Contact Points

Select the appropriate contact points (short for short-haired dogs, long for long-haired dogs) and screw them firmly onto the receiver. Ensure good skin contact for effective operation. If not using the static shock function, you can use the rubber covers provided.

3. Fitting the Collar

Place the receiver centrally on your dog's neck, ensuring the contact points touch the skin. The collar should be snug enough for the contact points to make reliable contact, but not so tight as to restrict breathing or cause discomfort. A good rule of thumb is to be able to fit two fingers snugly between the collar and your dog's neck.

Training Modes

The collar offers three distinct training modes:

Multi-Dog Training
