2. Safety Instructions

4. Setup and Installation
The Thermex Digital 30-V is designed for vertical installation. Proper installation is crucial for safety and optimal performance. It is highly recommended that installation be carried out by a certified plumber and electrician.
4.1 Mounting
Securely mount the water heater to a sturdy wall using the provided wall anchors. Ensure the mounting location can support the weight of the water heater when full (approximately 43 kg).
4.2 Plumbing Connections
Connect the water inlet and outlet pipes. Install the included 3-way safety valve on the cold water inlet. This valve acts as a pressure relief valve and a non-return valve. Ensure all connections are watertight.
4.3 Electrical Connection
Connect the water heater to a grounded electrical outlet (230V, 2000W). Ensure the circuit is adequately protected. These products are not high-voltage instant water heaters; installation can be performed without specific authorization from the network operator, but professional electrical installation is still advised.

The water heater features an LCD display and three control buttons:
- LCD Display: Shows the set temperature, current water temperature, and various status indicators (WiFi, Heating/Warming, Electronic Anode, Anti-Bacteria).
- Temp Button: Used to adjust the desired water temperature.
- Setting Button: Used to access additional settings and activate the Smart Program.
- Power Button: Turns the water heater on or off.
5.2 Basic Operation
- Power On/Off: Press the Power button to turn the unit on or off.
- Set Temperature: Press the Temp button. The set temperature will flash. Use the Temp button again to cycle through desired temperatures. The display will revert to showing the current water temperature after a few seconds. The maximum temperature is 75°C.
- Heating Indicator: The "Heating/Warming" indicator will illuminate when the water heater is actively heating water.
