4. Setup

4.1 Charging the Devices

Before first use, fully charge the remote transmitter and receiver collars. A full charge takes approximately 2-3 hours.

  1. Connect the USB charging cable to the charging port on both the remote and the receiver.
  2. Plug the USB cable into a 5V phone charger, power bank, or computer USB port. (Adapter not included)
  3. The battery indicator on the remote will show charging status. The receiver's LED will indicate charging.
  4. Once fully charged, disconnect the devices.

4.2 Pairing the Remote and Receiver

The devices are typically pre-paired from the factory. If re-pairing is needed:

  1. Ensure both the remote and receiver are turned off.
  2. Press and hold the power button on the receiver until the LED light flashes rapidly.
  3. While the receiver LED is flashing, press any training mode button (Beep, Vibration, or Shock) on the remote.
  4. The receiver LED will stop flashing and remain solid, indicating successful pairing.
  5. If pairing two collars, switch the channel on the remote (1 or 2) and repeat the process for the second receiver.

4.3 Fitting the Collar

Proper fit is crucial for effective and safe operation.

  1. Ensure the collar is turned off before fitting.
  2. Place the receiver on your dog's neck so that the contact points are underneath, touching the skin.
  3. Adjust the strap to be snug, but not too tight. You should be able to fit one to two fingers between the collar and your dog's neck.
  4. If your dog has long or thick fur, you may need to trim the fur around the contact points to ensure direct skin contact.
  5. Use the appropriate length of contact points (short for short fur, long for long fur) and attach the silicone conductive caps for comfort and safety.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Training Modes

The remote offers three distinct training modes, each with adjustable intensity levels:

  • Beep Mode (1-8 Levels): Delivers an audible tone. Useful for attracting attention or as a warning.
  • Vibration Mode (1-16 Levels): Provides a tactile vibration. A gentle reminder or a stronger deterrent depending on the level.
  • Safe Shock Mode (1-99 Levels): Delivers a static correction. Use with caution and only when necessary, starting at the lowest effective level.

To select a mode, press the corresponding button on the remote. To adjust the level, rotate the dial on the top of the remote. The current mode and level will be displayed on the remote's screen.

6. Waterproof Information

The receiver collar is designed with IP67 waterproof technology, meaning it can withstand submersion in water up to 1 meter for 30 minutes. This allows your dog to wear the collar during swimming, bathing, or in rainy conditions without affecting its functionality.

Important Note: The remote transmitter is NOT waterproof. Please keep the remote away from water to prevent damage.

  • Strap Care: Inspect the nylon strap for wear and tear. If you need to cut the strap to size, use a lighter to gently singe the cut edge to prevent fraying.
