4. Setup
4.1 Initial Charging
- Before first use, fully charge the Denver PPS-42000.
- Connect the provided AC adapter to the DC IN port on the power station.
- Plug the AC adapter into a standard wall outlet.
- The display will indicate charging status. Charge until the battery indicator shows 100%.
4.2 Solar Charging (Optional)
If using a compatible solar panel (sold separately), connect it to the DC IN port. Ensure the solar panel is placed in direct sunlight for optimal charging efficiency.
5. Operating Instructions
5.1 Powering On/Off
- To power on the unit, press and hold the main power button until the display illuminates.
- To power off, press and hold the main power button until the display turns off.
5.2 Using AC Output
- Press the AC power button to activate the AC outlet. The display will show an AC output indicator.
- Plug your AC-powered device into the AC outlet.
- Ensure the device's power consumption does not exceed the power station's maximum AC output (155 Watts).
- When finished, press the AC power button again to turn off the AC output.
5.3 Using DC Output (12V)
- Press the DC power button to activate the DC 12V output ports. The display will show a DC output indicator.
- Connect your 12V DC device to one of the DC OUT 12V ports.
- When finished, press the DC power button again to turn off the DC output.
5.4 Using USB Outputs (USB-A, USB-C)
- The USB ports are typically active when the unit is powered on.
- Connect your USB-powered device to the appropriate USB-A or USB-C port.
- The QC 3.0 18W USB-A port provides faster charging for compatible devices.
