3. Setup

3.1 Charging the Headphones

Before first use, fully charge your headphones. Use the provided Type-C charging cable to connect the headphones to a compatible USB power source.

  • A full charge provides up to 10 hours of continuous music playback or call time.
  • Standby time is up to 360 hours.

3.2 Bluetooth Pairing

To connect your CelsusSound S300 headphones to a device:

  1. Ensure the headphones are powered off.
  2. Press and hold the multifunction button for 3 seconds until the indicator light flashes, indicating pairing mode.
  3. On your device (smartphone, tablet, PC, etc.), enable Bluetooth and search for available devices.
  4. Select "CelsusSound S300" from the list of found devices to connect.
  5. Once connected, the indicator light will change, and you will hear an audio confirmation.

The headphones support Bluetooth 5.2 for a stable connection up to 10 meters (33 feet) and are compatible with iOS, Android, tablets, PCs, and smartwatches.

4. Operating Instructions

4.1 Wearing the Headphones

The S300 headphones feature an open-ear, ergonomic design for comfortable and stable wear. Place the ear hooks over your ears and rest the bone conduction transducers on your cheekbones, just in front of your ears. The memory titanium frame ensures a secure fit during physical activity.

4.2 Multifunction Button Controls

4.3 Making and Receiving Calls

The S300 headphones are equipped with dual microphones and advanced ENC (Environmental Noise Cancellation) technology to ensure clear high-definition voice calls, even in noisy environments.

  • Answer/End Call: Single click the multifunction button.

5. Maintenance

5.1 Cleaning

To maintain hygiene and performance, regularly clean your headphones. Use a soft, dry cloth to wipe the surfaces. For stubborn dirt, a slightly damp cloth can be used, but ensure no moisture enters the charging port or speaker areas.

5.2 Water Resistance

The CelsusSound S300 headphones have an IP54 waterproof rating, protecting them from sweat and splashes. They are suitable for workouts and outdoor activities in light rain. Avoid submerging the headphones in water or exposing them to strong jets of water.

5.3 Storage

When not in use, store the headphones in the provided storage box to protect them from dust, scratches, and physical damage. Avoid storing them in extreme temperatures or direct sunlight.

6. Troubleshooting

If you encounter issues with your CelsusSound S300 headphones, refer to the following common solutions:

  • Headphones not turning on: Ensure the headphones are fully charged. Connect them to the charging cable and allow sufficient time to charge.
  • Unable to pair with device:
    • Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your device.
    • Make sure the headphones are in pairing mode (indicator light flashing).
    • Move the headphones closer to your device (within 10 meters).
    • Turn off and on both the headphones and your device, then attempt pairing again.
    • Clear previous Bluetooth connections on your device if you have too many saved.
  • No sound or poor sound quality:
    • Check the volume level on both the headphones and your connected device.
    • Ensure the headphones are properly positioned on your cheekbones.
