This heater is designed for both indoor and outdoor use, providing instant, directional heat with durable CarbonIQ heating elements.
Important Safety Instructions
WARNING: To reduce the risk of fire, electric shock, or injury, observe the following:
- Read all instructions before installing or using this heater.
- This heater is hot when in use. To avoid burns, do not let bare skin touch hot surfaces. Keep combustible materials, such as furniture, pillows, bedding, papers, clothes, and curtains, at least 3 feet (0.9 m) from the front of the heater and keep them away from the sides and rear.
- Extreme caution is necessary when any heater is used by or near children or invalids and whenever the heater is left operating and unattended.
- Do not operate any heater with a damaged cord or plug or after the heater malfunctions, has been dropped, or damaged in any manner. Discard heater or return to authorized service facility for examination and/or repair.
- Do not use outdoors if not rated for outdoor use. This model is IP55 water-resistant rated for all weather conditions, but avoid direct water spray.
- Do not run cord under carpeting. Do not cover cord with throw rugs, runners, or similar coverings. Arrange cord away from traffic area and where it will not be tripped over.
- To disconnect heater, turn controls to off, then remove plug from outlet.
- Do not insert or allow foreign objects to enter any ventilation or exhaust opening as this may cause an electric shock or fire, or damage the heater.
- To prevent a possible fire, do not block air intakes or exhaust in any manner. Do not use on soft surfaces, like a bed, where openings may become blocked.
- A heater has hot and arcing or sparking parts inside. Do not use it in areas where gasoline, paint, or flammable vapors or liquids are used or stored.
- Use this heater only as described in this manual. Any other use not recommended by the manufacturer may cause fire, electric shock, or injury to persons.
- Always plug heaters directly into a wall outlet/receptacle. Never use with an extension cord or relocatable power tap (outlet/power strip).

Installation Instructions
Mounting Location
- Ensure the mounting surface is sturdy enough to support the heater's weight (14.4 lbs).
- Maintain a minimum clearance of 3 feet (0.9 m) from combustible materials.
- For optimal heat coverage (approximately 64 sq. ft.), mount the heater at a height of 9 to 10.5 feet.

Mounting Options
The heater can be mounted using the adjustable wall/ceiling brackets or a chain mount (chain not included).
- Wall/Ceiling Mount: Use the provided adjustable brackets to secure the heater to a wall or ceiling. The brackets allow for a 0° to 45° angle adjustment to direct heat.
- Chain Mount: If using a chain (not supplied), attach it to the designated points on the heater using appropriate hardware.

Electrical Connection
This 3000W heater operates on 240V and draws 12.5 Amps. Ensure the electrical circuit and wiring meet local electrical codes and are capable of handling the heater's power requirements. Installation should be performed by a qualified electrician if you are unsure.
Operating Instructions
Powering On/Off
The heater features a main power switch, typically located on the side of the control box, and can be controlled via the included IR remote.

Using the Remote Control
The handheld IR remote control allows for convenient operation of the heater's functions.
- Power Button: Turns the heater on or off.
- Heat Modes: Toggle between High and Low heating modes. The digital display on the heater will indicate the current setting (e.g., L1 for Low, L2 for High).
- Timer Function: Set the 24-hour timer for automatic shut-off. Refer to the heater's display for timer settings.

Maintenance
Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and longevity of your heater. Always disconnect the power before performing any maintenance.
- Cleaning: Wipe the exterior surfaces with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents. Ensure the heater is completely dry before reconnecting power.
- Heating Elements: The CarbonIQ heating elements are rated for 10,000 hours of use. If an element needs replacement, contact a qualified service technician. Do not attempt to replace elements yourself.
- Storage: If storing the heater for an extended period, ensure it is clean and dry. Store in a cool, dry place, protected from dust and moisture.
