5. Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues with your Gracioso MP3 Player, please refer to the following common problems and solutions:
| Problem | Possible Cause / Solution |
|---|---|
| Device does not power on. | Battery may be depleted. Connect to charger and allow it to charge for at least 10 minutes before attempting to power on again. Ensure the power switch is in the 'ON' position. |
| Screen turns off quickly during use. | This is a power-saving feature. Press the power button briefly to reactivate the screen. You can adjust the screen timeout settings in the device's 'Settings' menu. |
| Cannot connect to Bluetooth device. | Ensure both the MP3 player and the target Bluetooth device are in pairing mode and within range. Turn Bluetooth off and on again on the MP3 player. Note that the player cannot connect to mobile phones or car Bluetooth systems. |
| Music files are not appearing after transfer. | Ensure files are transferred to the correct folder (e.g., 'MP3 Memory' or 'Music'). If using a TF card, check if files are on the card's folder. Verify file formats are supported (MP3, WMA, WAV, APE, FLAC, AAC-LC, M4A, OGG). |
| Sound quality is poor or distorted. | Check headphone connection. Ensure volume is not set too high, causing distortion. Try different audio files to rule out file corruption. |
| Device is unresponsive. | Perform a soft reset by holding down the power button for an extended period (e.g., 10-15 seconds) until the device restarts. If the issue persists, allow the battery to fully drain and then recharge. |
