- 1 x Sun Lounger Frame (Rattan Weave)
- 1 x Main Cushion
- 1 x Head Pillow
- 2 x Rubber Wheels
- Assembly Hardware (screws, bolts, Allen key)
Setup and Assembly
Assembly typically requires two people and takes approximately 1 hour. Follow these steps carefully:
- Unpack Components: Carefully remove all parts from the packaging and lay them out on a clean, soft surface to prevent scratches.
- Attach Frame Sections: Connect the main frame sections using the provided screws and bolts. Important: Do not fully tighten screws until all parts are loosely assembled. This allows for minor adjustments to align screw holes.
- Install Wheels: Securely attach the rubber wheels to the designated points on the lounger frame. Ensure they rotate freely.
- Attach Backrest Mechanism: Connect the adjustable backrest mechanism to the frame. Test its movement to ensure smooth operation.
- Final Tightening: Once all components are in place and aligned, systematically tighten all screws and bolts using the provided Allen key. Ensure all connections are firm and secure.
- Place Cushions: Position the main cushion on the lounger and attach the head pillow.

Maintenance
Proper care will extend the life and appearance of your sun lounger:
- Cleaning the Frame: The rattan plastic weave is easy-care. Wipe down the frame with a damp cloth and mild soap solution. Rinse with clean water and dry thoroughly. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
- Cushion Care: The polyester cushion covers are water-repellent and feature a zipper for easy removal. They are hand-washable. Allow cushions to air dry completely before reattaching or storing.
- Rust Prevention: The lounger features a powder-coated steel frame and 100% rust-free stainless steel screws. While designed for outdoor use, storing the lounger in a dry, covered area during prolonged periods of adverse weather (heavy rain, snow, frost) will further protect it.
- Seasonal Storage: For optimal longevity, store the lounger indoors or under a protective cover during the off-season.

Troubleshooting
- Difficulty during assembly (screw holes not aligning):
Solution: Do not fully tighten any screws until all components are loosely assembled. This allows for flexibility to align holes. Once all parts are in place, then proceed to fully tighten all connections. - Backrest not locking into position:
Solution: Ensure the backrest mechanism is clean and free of debris. Lift the backrest fully and then lower it slowly, guiding it into the desired notch until it clicks securely into place. Do not force it. - Lounger feels unstable:
Solution: Verify that all assembly bolts are securely tightened. Ensure the lounger is placed on a flat, even surface. Uneven ground can cause instability.
