1. Introduction
The ALTO TS410 is a 2000W 10-inch powered PA speaker designed for professional audio applications. It features a 3-channel mixer, Bluetooth streaming capabilities, wireless loudspeaker linking, and advanced DSP control via the free Alto App. This manual provides essential information for setting up, operating, and maintaining your TS410 speaker.

2. Setup
2.1. Unpacking and Contents
Carefully unpack your ALTO TS410 speaker and ensure all components are present. The package should include:
- TS410 Loudspeaker
- Power Cable
- Software Download Card
- User Guide (this manual)
- Safety & Warranty Manual
2.2. Physical Placement
The TS410 offers versatile placement options:
- Freestanding: Place the speaker on a stable, flat surface.
- Wedge Monitor: Position the speaker on its side for use as a floor monitor.
- Pole-Mounted: Utilize the integrated pole-mount socket on the bottom for elevated sound projection.
- Suspended: The speaker features M10 mounting points for flown applications (professional installation recommended).

2.3. Connections
The TS410 features an integrated 3-channel mixer on its rear panel:
- Inputs 1 & 2: Dual XLR/1/4" (6.35 mm) TRS combo inputs with independent Mic/Line switches and level controls.
- Bluetooth Channel: Dedicated channel for wireless audio streaming.
- Mix Out: XLR output for linking to additional speakers or audio devices.
- USB Type A Charging Port: For charging compatible devices (5.0V, 2.1A).

3. Operating Instructions
3.1. Power On/Off
Connect the supplied power cable to the AC input on the rear panel and then to a grounded power outlet. Use the ON/OFF switch to power the unit on or off.
3.2. Bluetooth Streaming and Linking
The TS410 features built-in Bluetooth connectivity for wireless audio streaming and True Wireless Stereo (TWS) linking.
- Pairing: Press and hold the Bluetooth PAIR button for 3 seconds to enter pairing mode. The Bluetooth LED will flash. Select 'ALTO TS410' from your device's Bluetooth settings. The LED will be solid blue when paired.
- True Wireless Stereo (TWS) Linking: To link two TS410 speakers in stereo, press and hold the LINK button on both speakers for 3 seconds. The speakers will automatically connect for stereo playback.
Note: When pairing or linking via Bluetooth, the speakers will emit a loud beep to confirm connection. Ensure volume levels are low before initiating pairing/linking.

3.3. Alto App Control (DSP)
The free Alto App (available for iOS and Android) provides remote control over various DSP functions:
- Bluetooth Levels: Adjust the volume of the Bluetooth input.
- Speaker Use Modes: Select from 3 preset DSP modes (e.g., DJ, Live Performance) to optimize sound for different applications.
- Custom EQ: Create and save custom equalizer settings for precise sound shaping.
- Sub Size Selection: Optimize the speaker's low-frequency response when used with a subwoofer.
Download the Alto App from your device's app store and connect to your TS410 via Bluetooth for full control.

4. Maintenance
To ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your ALTO TS410 speaker, follow these maintenance guidelines:
- Cleaning: Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the exterior of the speaker. Avoid using abrasive cleaners, solvents, or harsh chemicals.
- Storage: When not in use, store the speaker in a cool, dry environment. Protect it from dust and moisture.
- Protection: Consider using a durable slip-on cover (sold separately) to protect the speaker during transport and storage.

5. Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues with your ALTO TS410 speaker, refer to the following common troubleshooting steps:
- No Power: Ensure the power cable is securely connected to both the speaker and a working power outlet. Check the ON/OFF switch.
- No Sound: Verify all input cables are correctly connected. Check the volume levels on the speaker and your audio source. Ensure the correct input type (Mic/Line) is selected for each channel.
- Bluetooth Connection Issues: Ensure your device's Bluetooth is enabled and within range. Try unpairing and re-pairing the speaker. If linking two speakers, ensure both are in TWS linking mode.
- Distorted Sound: Reduce the input gain or master volume. Check for any signal clipping (SIG/LIMIT LED). Ensure cables are not damaged.
- Loud Beep During Bluetooth Pairing/Linking: This is a normal operational characteristic to confirm connection and cannot be adjusted.
