4. Setup Instructions

The CHGeek M12 offers versatile mounting options for your convenience.

4.1 Choosing a Mounting Location

You can mount the charger on your dashboard, windshield, or air vent.

4.2 Suction Cup Mount (Dashboard/Windshield)

1. Clean the desired surface (dashboard or windshield) thoroughly to ensure it is free of dust and grease.
2. Attach the suction cup mount to the main charger unit.
3. Remove the protective film from the suction cup.
4. Press the suction cup firmly onto the clean surface and push down the latch to secure it.
5. Adjust the arm and charger head to your preferred viewing angle.

4.3 Air Vent Clip Mount

1. Attach the air vent clip mount to the main charger unit.
2. Carefully insert the clip into a suitable air vent slat in your vehicle.
3. Ensure the clip is securely fastened to prevent movement.
4. Adjust the charger head to your preferred viewing angle.

4.4 Power Connection

Connect the provided USB-C charging cable to the charger unit and plug the other end into a QC 3.0 compatible car charger adapter (not included) in your vehicle's power outlet.

5.1 Placing Your Phone

1. Ensure the charger is powered on.
2. Gently place your Qi-enabled smartphone into the holder. The arms will automatically clamp to secure your phone.
3. The charger will automatically begin wireless charging if your phone is compatible.

5.2 Removing Your Phone

To release your phone, simply touch the button on either side of the charger. The arms will open automatically, allowing you to remove your device.

• Case Compatibility: The charger supports cases up to 6mm thick. However, metal cases, cases with magnets, credit cards, grips, or stands may interfere with wireless charging. Remove such items before charging.
• Do not expose the charger to extreme temperatures or direct sunlight for prolonged periods.
• Do not disassemble or attempt to repair the charger yourself.
• Keep out of reach of children.
