Setup and Installation
1. Site Selection
Choose a flat, level surface capable of supporting the weight of the filled spa and occupants. Ensure adequate drainage and proximity to a suitable electrical outlet. Avoid placing the spa on sharp objects.
2. Unpacking Components
Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Verify that all listed parts are present:
- Inflatable spa liner
- Control unit (heater/filter/blower/hard water system)
- Insulated cover
- 6 filter cartridges (Type S1)
- 2 headrests
- Thermal ground cloth
- Inflation hose
- Carry bag
- Floating chlorine dispenser
- Test strip
- Multi-colored LED light (3 AAA batteries not included)

3. Inflation
Spread the ground cloth on the chosen site. Place the spa liner on the ground cloth. Connect the inflation hose to the spa's inflation valve and the control unit's inflation port. Inflate the spa until it is firm to the touch but not over-inflated. Do not use an air compressor for inflation.

4. Control Unit Connection
Connect the control unit to the spa liner following the instructions in the detailed manual. Ensure all connections are secure and watertight. Plug the control unit into a properly grounded electrical outlet.
5. Filling the Spa
Fill the spa with fresh water to the indicated maximum fill line. Do not overfill.
6. Filter Cartridge Installation
Install one Type S1 filter cartridge into the filter housing inside the spa. Refer to the maintenance section for detailed instructions on filter installation and replacement.

Operating Instructions
1. Control Panel Overview
The tilt-adjustable control panel allows you to manage all spa functions. Familiarize yourself with the buttons for power, temperature adjustment, bubble jets, and filtration.

2. Heating the Water
Press the heater button on the control panel. Use the temperature adjustment buttons to set your desired water temperature (range: 68°F to 104°F / 20°C to 40°C). The heating process may take several hours depending on the initial water temperature and ambient conditions.
3. Activating Bubble Jets
Press the bubble jet button to activate the 140 high-powered bubble jets. The jets will run for a set period before automatically turning off. You can reactivate them as desired.

4. LED Light Operation
The included multi-colored LED light requires 3 AAA batteries (not included). Insert batteries and place the light in the spa for ambient lighting. Refer to the LED light's separate instructions for specific operation details.

Maintenance
1. Filter Cartridge Cleaning and Replacement
The filter cartridge should be cleaned regularly (daily or every other day depending on usage) by rinsing with a garden hose. Replace cartridges every 1-2 weeks or when they remain dirty after cleaning. Always use genuine Intex Type S1 filter cartridges.

2. Water Chemistry
Regularly test the spa water using the provided test strips. Adjust pH, alkalinity, and sanitizer levels as needed to maintain clean and safe water. Use the floating chlorine dispenser for sanitizer application.
3. Hard Water Treatment System
The built-in hard water treatment system helps reduce calcium buildup, improving water quality and extending the life of the spa components. Ensure this system is functioning correctly as part of your regular maintenance checks.

4. Spa Cover Usage
Always keep the insulated spa cover on when the spa is not in use. This helps maintain water temperature, reduces energy consumption, and keeps debris out of the water.

5. Draining and Storage
For long-term storage or relocation, drain the spa completely. Clean and dry all components thoroughly before packing them into the carry bag. Store in a dry, temperate location.
