1. Product Overview

The SinoTrack ST-906L is a 4G GPS tracker designed for real-time location tracking and anti-theft features for various vehicles. It operates on LTE, GSM, and GPRS networks, utilizing GPS satellites for accurate positioning.

• Remote Engine Cut-off: Remotely disable the engine of your vehicle via SMS command if stolen. (Vehicle must be below 20 KM/h for safety).
• SOS Button and Voice Monitor: Press the SOS button to send emergency messages to guardians. Call the device's SIM number to monitor surrounding audio.

4. Setup Guide

Step 1: Activate SIM Card

Obtain a local 4G (LTE) SIM card. Insert the SIM card into your mobile phone to activate it and remove any PIN code. Ensure it can make calls, send texts, and has internet access. Once confirmed, insert the activated SIM into your tracker.

Step 2: Power On the Tracker

Charge the device for approximately 1 hour. The yellow and blue indicator lights will flash as it searches for network and GPS signals. Allow 5 minutes in an open area (near a window or outdoors) for both lights to become solid, indicating successful connection. If the yellow light continues to flash, move to a different location.

Step 3: Configure APN Settings

You need the Access Point Name (APN) details from your SIM card provider. Send an SMS command from another phone to the tracker's SIM card number to set the APN.

• If your SIM's APN has no username or password, send: 8030000<space>APN (e.g., 8030000 everywhere). The tracker will reply "SET OK".
• If your SIM's APN has a username and password, send: 8030000<space>APN<space>APNuser<space>APNpass (e.g., 8030000 everywhere eesecure secure).

Note: APN settings vary by SIM card provider. Apply the correct formula based on your actual APN.

Step 4: Set GPRS Mode

Send the SMS command 7100000 to the device to set GPRS mode. Wait approximately 30 seconds. Both blue and orange lights should remain ON, indicating the tracker is active and ready for online tracking.

You can now log in to the SinoTrackPro web platform or app using your tracker's ID number (found on the product) and default password "123456". If the device shows an incorrect location (e.g., China), take it to an outdoor area with good signal to update its GPS location.

If the device is not online, send RCONF to the device to check its settings:

• 1. Verify the APN is correct.
• 2. Verify the IP and Port match the user manual.
• 3. Confirm the device is in GPRS working mode.

The ST-906L GPS tracker is designed for easy installation in various vehicles.

Wiring Diagram

The tracker typically requires connection to the vehicle's power supply (12V-24V DC). Refer to the included user manual for detailed wiring diagrams.

• Red Wire: Connect to the positive (+) terminal of the vehicle's battery.
• Black Wire: Connect to the negative (-) terminal or chassis ground.
• Orange Wire: Connect to ACC (Accessory) wire for ignition detection.
• Yellow Wire: Connect to the relay for remote engine cut-off functionality.
• SOS Button: Connect the SOS button to the designated input for emergency alerts.
• Microphone: Connect the MIC wire for voice monitoring.

Ensure all connections are secure and insulated to prevent short circuits.

The SinoTrackPro platform (web or mobile app) allows you to:

• Real-Time Tracking: View your vehicle's current location, speed, and status on a map.
• History Playback: Review past routes and driving data for up to 2 years.
• Geofence: Set up virtual boundaries and receive alerts when the vehicle enters or exits these areas.
• Alerts: Receive notifications for overspeeding, ignition on/off, vibration alarms, and SOS events.
• Remote Control: Send commands for remote engine cut-off or other functions.
• Voice Monitoring: Listen to the surroundings of the device.

If your device is not online or not reporting correctly:

• SIM Card: Ensure the SIM card is active, has sufficient balance/data, and its PIN code is disabled.
• APN Settings: Double-check that the APN settings are correctly configured via SMS command (use RCONF to verify).
• Signal: Ensure the device is in an area with good 4G and GPS signal coverage. Move it outdoors if necessary.
• Wiring: Verify all power and accessory connections are secure and correct.
• Login Credentials: Confirm you are using the correct device ID and password for the SinoTrackPro platform.
