Troubleshooting
- CarPlay/Android Auto Fails to Work:
Ensure both your phone's Bluetooth and Wi-Fi are turned on. Wi-Fi is crucial for data transmission. If using CarPlay, ensure your phone's Wi-Fi is not connected to another network.
- No Sound from Car Speakers:
If using the FM Transmitter, ensure the player's FM frequency matches your car radio's frequency. If not transmitting to car speakers, disable the FM Transmitter function on the player.
- Unit Heats Up During Use:
This is normal as the unit does not have a built-in battery and is constantly connected to an external power source. It will not affect product performance.
- Working Memory Disappears After Power Off:
This screen is primarily used to transfer data from your mobile phone. To ensure personal data security, part of the product's working memory will reset after power off.
- Android Auto Compatibility:
Some Android phones may not support Android Auto normally due to phone version or brand operator issues. Verify compatibility with your phone's manufacturer before purchase.
