Setup
1. Battery Installation

Locate the battery compartment on the back of the clock. Insert one C battery, ensuring correct polarity (+/-). The clock requires one C battery, which is included.
2. Setting the Time
Carefully turn the minute hand clockwise to set the correct time. The hour hand will adjust automatically. Do not move the hands counter-clockwise.
3. Pendulum Installation
Gently hang the pendulum onto its hook located behind the clock face. Ensure it swings freely.
4. Mounting the Clock
This clock is designed for wall mounting. Use a sturdy hook or screw appropriate for your wall type. Ensure the clock is securely fastened to prevent falling.
Operating Instructions
1. Chime Selection

3. Automatic Night Silencer
The clock is equipped with an automatic chime silencer function. This feature automatically silences the chimes between 11 PM and 5:45 AM to ensure undisturbed sleep.
Maintenance

Wipe the clock case and glass with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents, as these may damage the finish.
2. Battery Replacement
Replace the C battery annually or when the clock begins to lose time or the chimes weaken. Always use a fresh, high-quality C battery.
Troubleshooting
- Clock Not Running: Check if the battery is inserted correctly with the proper polarity. Replace with a fresh C battery if necessary. Ensure the pendulum is swinging freely.
- Chimes Not Working: Verify the chime selection and volume control settings on the back of the clock. Ensure it is not within the automatic night silencer period (11 PM - 5:45 AM). Replace the battery if chimes are weak or absent.
- Incorrect Time: Reset the time by carefully turning the minute hand clockwise. If the clock consistently loses or gains time, replace the battery.
