6. Setup Guide
Follow these steps to set up your Newgoal Smart Switch:
6.1 Power Connection
- Ensure the main power supply is off before connecting the module.
- Connect the power input to either a USB 5V source or an AC/DC 7-32V power supply, as indicated on the module.
- Connect your appliances or devices to the output terminals (NO, COM, NC) as required for your application.
6.2 eWeLink APP Installation
- Download the eWeLink APP from the App Store (for iOS) or Google Play Store (for Android).
- Register a new account or log in with an existing one.
6.3 Device Pairing (Wi-Fi)
- Power on the smart switch module. The Wi-Fi indicator light should start blinking. If not, press and hold the pairing button for 5 seconds until it blinks rapidly.
- Open the eWeLink APP, tap the "+" icon at the bottom, and select "Add Device".
- Follow the on-screen instructions to connect the device to your 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network. Note: This device does not support 5.0GHz Wi-Fi networks.
- Once successfully paired, the device will appear in your eWeLink APP. You can rename it for easier identification.

6.4 Integrating with Voice Assistants (Alexa/Google Home)
- Open the Amazon Alexa APP or Google Home APP.
- Navigate to the "Skills & Games" section (Alexa) or "Works with Google" section (Google Home).
- Search for and enable the "eWeLink Smart Home" skill/service.
- Link your eWeLink account when prompted.
- Discover devices. Your Newgoal Smart Switch should now be controllable via voice commands.
7. Operating Instructions
Once set up, you can control your smart switch using various methods:
7.1 eWeLink APP Control
- Open the eWeLink APP and select your device.
- Tap the respective channel buttons to turn devices on or off independently.
- Access settings to configure working modes (Momentary, Self-locking, Interlock), set schedules, loop timers, and share control with family members.
7.2 Voice Control
Use voice commands with your Amazon Alexa or Google Home device. Examples:
- "Alexa, turn on [Device Name]."
- "Hey Google, turn off [Device Name]."
7.3 Bluetooth Control
If your Wi-Fi network is temporarily unavailable, you can still control the device via Bluetooth when in close proximity. Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your smartphone and within the eWeLink APP settings.
7.4 Manual Control
The module features manual operation buttons (Operation R1, Operation R2) for direct control of each channel. Pressing these buttons will toggle the corresponding relay.
