1. Introduction

2. Safety Information

WARNING: Failure to follow these warnings and instructions could result in serious injury or death.

  • Always keep your child within arm's reach while on the changing table. Never leave a child unattended.
  • The maximum weight recommendation for this changing table is 11 Kilograms (24.25 lbs). Do not exceed this weight limit.
  • Ensure all locking mechanisms are securely engaged before placing a child on the changing table.
  • Do not use the changing table if any parts are broken, torn, or missing. Contact Maydolly customer service for replacement parts.
  • Keep children away from the changing table during assembly and disassembly.
  • Do not allow children to play with or climb on the changing table.
  • Place the changing table on a flat, stable, and level surface.
  • Keep the changing table away from open flames, heaters, or other heat sources.
  • Periodically check all fasteners and connections to ensure they are tight and secure.

3. Product Components

Before assembly, verify that all components are present and undamaged. If any parts are missing or damaged, do not proceed with assembly and contact customer support.

4. Assembly Instructions

Follow these steps to assemble your Maydolly Diaper Station. It is recommended to assemble the unit on a soft, clean surface to prevent damage.

  1. Unfold the Main Frame: Carefully unfold the main frame until it locks into an upright position. Ensure the leg hinges are fully extended and secured.
  2. Attach the Changing Pad Unit: Align the changing pad unit with the top of the main frame. Secure it using the designated attachment points and hardware. Ensure it is firmly seated and does not wobble.
  3. Install the Bottom Storage Shelf: Attach the bottom storage shelf to the lower section of the frame. Ensure it is taut and securely fastened to provide stable storage.
  4. Attach the Side Storage Organizer: Hook or attach the 3-compartment storage basket to the side of the changing pad unit as shown in the product images.
  5. Check Wheels: Ensure all four wheels are properly installed and can rotate freely. Verify that the locking mechanisms on the wheels function correctly.
  6. Final Inspection: Before first use, double-check all connections, screws, and locking mechanisms to ensure the changing table is stable and secure.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1. Adjusting Height

The Maydolly Diaper Station features 4-level adjustable height settings to accommodate users of different heights and prevent back strain. To adjust the height:

  1. Locate the height adjustment pins on each leg of the frame.
  2. Press the pin and slide the leg to the desired height level. Ensure both sides are adjusted to the same level for stability.
  3. Verify that the pins are fully engaged in the adjustment holes before use.

5.2. Using the Storage Organizer

The integrated side storage organizer and bottom shelf provide convenient access to essential baby items.

  • Use the 3-compartment side basket for diapers, wipes, creams, and small toys.
  • The bottom shelf can hold larger items such as towels, extra clothing, or shoes.
  • Do not overload the storage areas to maintain stability.

5.3. Mobility (Wheels)

The changing table is equipped with 4 lockable mute universal wheels for easy movement.

  • To move the table, unlock all four wheels.
  • To secure the table in place, press down on the locking levers on each wheel until they click into position. Ensure all wheels are locked before placing a child on the table.

5.4. Folding for Storage

The changing table features a quick-folding design for compact storage when not in use.

  1. Ensure no items are on the changing pad or in the storage areas.
  2. Follow the folding mechanism instructions, typically involving releasing side locks or pressing buttons to collapse the frame.
  3. Once folded, the unit can be stored upright in a narrow space.

6. Care and Maintenance

Proper care ensures the longevity and hygiene of your changing table.

  • Cleaning the Changing Pad: The changing pad is made of waterproof PVC material for easy cleaning. Wipe spills and messes immediately with a damp cloth and mild soap. Rinse thoroughly and air dry.
  • Cleaning Fabric Components: The fabric components (storage basket, bottom shelf) are made of Oxford fabric. Hand wash with mild detergent and cold water. Do not bleach. Air dry completely before reattaching or folding.
  • Frame Cleaning: Wipe the steel frame with a damp cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners.
  • Storage: When not in use, store the folded changing table in a clean, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.

7. Troubleshooting

If you encounter any issues with your Maydolly Diaper Station, refer to the following common solutions:

  • Table feels unstable: Ensure all height adjustment pins are fully engaged and locked. Check that the frame is fully extended and all hinges are secured. Verify the table is on a flat, level surface.
  • Wheels not locking: Ensure the locking levers on each wheel are fully pressed down. Check for any debris obstructing the wheel lock mechanism.
  • Difficulty folding: Ensure all items are removed from the table and storage areas. Check for any obstructions in the folding mechanism. Refer to the assembly/folding instructions to ensure correct procedure.
  • Changing pad appears slanted: Verify that the changing pad unit is correctly attached to the frame and all support points are evenly seated.
