2. Setup
2.1 Initial Charging of the Power Bank
Before first use, fully charge your iWALK Power Bank using the provided USB-C to USB-C cable. Connect the cable to the USB-C port on the power bank and plug the other end into a compatible USB power adapter (not included).

2.2 Attaching to Your Device (Magnetic Wireless Charging)
Ensure your iPhone (12/13/14/15 series) or iPhone-compatible magnetic case is clean and free of debris. Align the power bank with the back of your iPhone; the strong magnetic suction will securely attach it. The LED display will indicate charging status.

2.3 Using the USB-C Port for Charging
The USB-C port on the power bank can also be used for wired charging of other compatible devices. Simply connect your device to the power bank using a USB-C cable.
3. Operating Instructions
3.1 Powering On/Off and Checking Battery Level
Press the side button once to power on the power bank and activate wireless charging. The smart LED display will show the current battery percentage. To turn off wireless charging, double-click the side button.

3.2 Utilizing the Foldable Stand
The integrated foldable stand allows you to prop up your iPhone for hands-free viewing, especially useful for iOS 17 standby mode. Simply unfold the kickstand from the back of the power bank.

4. Maintenance
To ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your iWALK Power Bank, follow these maintenance guidelines:
- Keep the device dry and away from moisture.
- Avoid exposing the power bank to extreme temperatures (hot or cold).
- Clean the surface with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.
- Store in a cool, dry place when not in use.
- Avoid dropping or subjecting the device to strong impacts.
5. Troubleshooting
- Device not charging wirelessly:
Ensure your phone is compatible with magnetic wireless charging (iPhone 12/13/14/15 series). Check if your phone case is magnetic-compatible. Press the side button on the power bank to activate wireless charging. - Slow charging:
Ensure the power bank is fully charged. Use the original USB-C cable provided. Check if your phone case is too thick or contains non-magnetic materials that might interfere with wireless charging. - Power bank not charging:
Ensure the USB-C cable is securely connected to both the power bank and the power adapter. Try a different USB-C cable or power adapter. - Overheating during use:
Some warmth during charging is normal. If the device becomes excessively hot, discontinue use and allow it to cool down. Ensure proper ventilation and avoid charging in direct sunlight or confined spaces.
