  • Avoid submerging the earbuds in water for extended periods.
  • Clean the ear tips regularly with a soft, damp cloth to prevent wax buildup and maintain sound quality.

Troubleshooting

Common Issues and Solutions

  • Earbuds not turning on: Ensure the earbuds are fully charged. Connect them to a power source and allow sufficient charging time.
  • Unable to pair with device:
    • Make sure the earbuds are in pairing mode (LED blinking red and white).
    • Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your device and it is within range (up to 10 meters).
    • Forget "TONEMAC N18" from your device's Bluetooth settings and attempt to re-pair.
    • Try resetting the headphones by pressing and holding Volume + & - for 5 seconds.
  • Poor sound quality or no sound:
    • Check the volume level on both the earbuds and your connected device.
    • Ensure the earbuds are properly seated in your ears.
    • Move closer to your device to avoid interference.
    • Clean the ear tips and speaker mesh to remove any obstructions.
  • Call quality issues (ENC): While the ENC noise-canceling algorithm enhances voice pickup, ensure the microphone is not obstructed and you are in a relatively quiet environment for best results.
  • Battery life shorter than expected: Battery performance can vary based on usage (volume level, call duration). Ensure the earbuds are fully charged before each use.
