Setup

1. Charging the Keyboard

Before initial use, fully charge the keyboard. Connect the supplied USB-C cable to the keyboard's USB-C port and the other end to a powered USB port on your computer or a USB wall adapter. The keyboard features a 2000 mAh battery, providing up to 100 hours of playtime. Charging and playing simultaneously is supported.

2. Connection Methods

The DK440R offers three connection options:

  1. 2.4 GHz Wireless (via USB Dongle):

    Locate the 2.4 GHz USB dongle, typically stored in a compartment on the underside of the keyboard. Insert the dongle into an available USB port on your computer. The keyboard should automatically connect. Ensure the keyboard's mode switch (if present) is set to 2.4G wireless mode.

  2. Bluetooth 5.0 Wireless:
