Setup
Charging the Device
The device is rechargeable and provides up to 21 hours of continuous use on a full charge.
To charge, use a 5V 1A/2A adapter with the provided USB-C charging cable. Do not use the product while charging.
Attaching Electrode Pads
Ensure the device intensity is set to zero before use.
Connect the electrode wires (probes) to the TENS pads.
Peel off the clear plastic film from the gel side of the electrode pads.

Attach both electrodes of one channel to your skin simultaneously in the desired treatment area. The pads are designed for painless removal and can be reused for 60+ cycles. Rinse with water and air-dry to renew adhesion if needed.
Operating Instructions
Basic Operation
1. Press the ON/OFF button to switch on the device.
2. Press the MENU button to select TENS, EMS, or DIY mode. Press ENTER to confirm your selection.
3. Press A/B to select the desired channel (A or B).
4. Press the "^" (up) or "v" (down) buttons to select the program mode (1-20 for preset, 21-24 for DIY). Press ENTER to confirm.
5. For DIY mode (Programs 21-24), press "^" or "v" to select pulse frequency, pulse width, and on/off time. Press ENTER after each value setting.
6. Press "^" or "v" to increase the intensity and begin the stimulation.
