4. Setup and Assembly

- Place the motor base on a stable, flat, and dry surface.
- Insert the stainless steel filter basket securely onto the motor base. Ensure it clicks into place.
- Place the transparent lid over the filter basket and motor base, aligning the juice spout with the opening on the motor base.
- Attach the safety locking arm by lifting it and securing it into the grooves on both sides of the lid. The juicer will not operate unless the locking arm is correctly in place.

5. Operating Instructions
Follow these steps to extract juice from fruits and vegetables:
- Prepare Ingredients: Wash fruits and vegetables thoroughly. For larger items, cut them into pieces that fit into the feed chute. Remove large seeds or hard pits (e.g., from peaches, plums). Peeling is generally not necessary for most fruits and vegetables, but you may peel citrus fruits to avoid bitterness.
- Power On: Plug the juicer into a 127V ~ 60Hz power outlet.
- Select Speed: Turn the control dial to the desired speed setting:
- Speed 1 (I): For softer fruits and vegetables (e.g., oranges, grapes, tomatoes).
- Speed 2 (II): For harder fruits and vegetables (e.g., carrots, apples, celery).
- 0: Off position.
- Juicing: With the motor running, gradually feed the prepared ingredients into the feed chute. Use the food pusher to gently guide the ingredients down. Do not force the ingredients, as this can damage the motor or reduce juice yield.
- Continuous Juicing: The large pulp container (900 ml) allows for continuous juicing without frequent emptying. The juice cup has a 350 ml capacity.
- Overheating Protection: The juicer is equipped with overheating protection. If the motor becomes too hot, it will automatically shut off. If this happens, turn the dial to '0', unplug the unit, and allow it to cool down for at least 15-20 minutes before resuming use.
- Finish Juicing: Once you have finished juicing, turn the control dial to '0' and unplug the appliance.

6. Maintenance and Cleaning
Regular cleaning ensures optimal performance and longevity of your juicer.
- Disassembly: Ensure the juicer is unplugged. Release the safety locking arm and remove the food pusher, lid, filter basket, pulp container, and juice cup.
- Cleaning Parts: Wash all detachable parts immediately after use to prevent pulp from drying and sticking. Use warm, soapy water and a brush (if provided) to clean the stainless steel filter basket thoroughly. Rinse all parts under running water.
- Motor Base: Wipe the motor base with a damp cloth. Never immerse the motor base in water or any other liquid.
- Drying and Storage: Dry all parts completely before reassembling or storing. Store the juicer in a dry place.

7. Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues with your juicer, refer to the following common problems and solutions:
- Juicer does not turn on:
- Ensure the power cord is securely plugged into a working outlet.
- Check if the safety locking arm is properly engaged and locked. The juicer has a safety interlock system.
- Verify the control dial is set to Speed 1 (I) or Speed 2 (II), not '0'.
- Motor stops during operation:
- The overheating protection may have activated. Turn the dial to '0', unplug, and let it cool for 15-20 minutes.
- You might be overloading the juicer or forcing ingredients too hard. Reduce the amount of ingredients or apply less pressure with the food pusher.
- Low juice yield or excessive pulp in juice:
- Ensure the filter basket is clean and free of clogged pulp.
- Use the appropriate speed setting for the type of fruit or vegetable. Harder produce requires Speed 2.
- Ingredients might not be fresh enough. Use fresh, firm produce for best results.
- Vibration or loud noise:
- Check that all parts are correctly assembled and securely locked.
- Ensure the juicer is on a stable, flat surface.
