Introduction

The SANODESK Electric Standing Desk is designed to provide a versatile and ergonomic workspace for your home or office. Featuring a spacious 40" x 24" whole-piece desktop and a 6-button controller, this height-adjustable desk allows for seamless transitions between sitting and standing positions, promoting better posture and energy levels throughout your workday. Its robust construction ensures stability and durability, supporting up to 176 lbs.

Parts List

Setup and Assembly

Follow these steps carefully for proper assembly. An official installation video is provided for visual guidance.

1. Step 1: Adhesive Anti-Vibration Pads

   Tear off the backing of the anti-vibration pads and adhere them to the designated areas on the crossbeam and supporting plates. Ensure proper alignment.

2. Step 2: Insert the Transmission Rod into the Motor

   Carefully insert the longer end of the transmission rod into the motor. Pay attention to the motor's direction as indicated in the video.

3. Step 3: Install the Motor and the Right Lifting Column

   Attach the motor assembly to the right lifting column using the provided screws and Allen wrench.

4. Step 4: Install the Crossbeam

   Align the three protrusions on the lifting column with the holes in the crossbeam and secure them with screws.

5. Step 5: Adjust the Column Height

   If the height of the left and right table legs is inconsistent, adjust by turning the transmission rod with a wrench until they are level.

6. Step 6: Install the Left Lifting Column

   Attach the left lifting column to the crossbeam, ensuring the holes are aligned, and secure with screws.

7. Step 7: Install the Support Plates

   Secure the support plates to the top of the lifting columns using the appropriate screws.

8. Step 8: Install the Desk Foot

   Attach the desk feet to the bottom of the lifting columns using the provided screws.

9. Step 9: Install the Desk Board

   Carefully place the desk board onto the assembled frame. Use a drill to secure the desk board to the frame with the provided screws. Ensure all screws are tightened for stability.

10. Step 10: Install the Keypad

    Mount the 6-button LED memory control panel keypad to the underside of the desk board using screws. Ensure it is easily accessible for operation.

11. Step 11: Install the Hook

    Attach the headphone hook to the underside of the desk board using screws. This provides a convenient storage solution for headphones or other accessories.

12. Step 12: Wiring

    Connect all necessary cables from the motor and keypad to the power plug. Use cable clips to manage and secure the wiring neatly under the desk.

13. Step 13: Flip the Desk

    With assistance, carefully flip the assembled desk upright. Ensure it is placed on a flat, stable surface.

Operating Instructions

Your SANODESK Electric Standing Desk is equipped with an intuitive 6-button control panel for easy height adjustment and memory functions.

• Adjusting Height: Use the Up (^) and Down (v) arrow buttons to manually raise or lower the desk to your desired height. The current height will be displayed on the LED screen.
• Memory Presets: The control panel features four memory preset buttons (1, 2, 3, 4).
  1. To save a height: Adjust the desk to your preferred height, then press and hold one of the numbered memory buttons (1-4) until the LED screen flashes or beeps, indicating the height has been saved.
  2. To recall a height: Simply press the corresponding numbered memory button (1-4), and the desk will automatically move to the saved height.
• Sitting/Standing Presets: Dedicated buttons for sitting and standing positions (represented by icons) allow for quick transitions to commonly used heights. These are pre-programmed for convenience.

Maintenance

• Cleaning: Wipe the desktop and frame with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners or harsh chemicals that could damage the finish. The frame surface is coated with fine and smooth paint that is waterproof and rustproof, making it easy to clean.
• Regular Checks: Periodically check all screws and connections to ensure they remain tight and secure.
• Motor Care: The electric lifting system is designed for durability. Avoid overloading the desk beyond its 176 lbs capacity. If the motor is used too frequently in a short period, it may display an E01 error message, indicating it needs a brief rest. Allow it to cool down before resuming operation.
