5.1 Adjusting Handle and Seat Height
The rollator features adjustable handles and seat to accommodate various user heights for optimal comfort and posture.
- Handle Height: Press the adjustment buttons on the handle tubes and slide the handles up or down to one of the 6 available settings. Ensure the buttons fully engage in the desired holes. Handle height adjusts from 32.48 to 39.96 inches.
- Seat Height: Locate the adjustment pins on the seat support frame. Pull the pins, adjust the seat to one of the 4 available positions, and release the pins to lock. Seat height adjusts from 20.07 to 22.83 inches.

5.2 Brake System Operation
The rollator is equipped with a reliable dual-brake system offering three modes:
- Free Mode (Walking): Squeeze the brake levers gently to slow down or control speed while walking.
- Deceleration Mode: Partially engage the brake levers for controlled slowing.
- Stop/Parking Brake: Push the brake levers down until they lock into place. This engages the parking brake, preventing the rollator from moving. Always engage the parking brake when sitting or when the rollator is stationary.

5.3 Folding and Storage
To fold the rollator for transport or storage:
- Ensure the storage bag is empty.
- Lift the seat upwards using the handle located in the center of the seat.
- The frame will begin to collapse inwards. Continue to pull the lever until the rollator is fully folded.
- Secure the folded rollator with the attached strap to prevent it from unfolding during transport.

| Rollator feels unstable | Loose connections; uneven handle height; overloaded storage bag. | Check all locking mechanisms. Ensure handle heights are symmetrical. Reduce load in storage bag. |
| Brakes are not effective | Brake cables too loose; worn brake pads. | Adjust brake cable tension (refer to Maintenance section). If pads are worn, contact customer support for replacement. |
| Difficulty folding/unfolding | Obstruction; mechanism not fully engaged. | Ensure no items are obstructing the folding mechanism. Apply gentle, even pressure. |
| Wheels do not roll smoothly | Debris in wheels; damaged wheel. | Clean wheels of any debris. If damage is present, contact customer support. |
